Engineer Collaboration.Ai: Senior Software AI Engineer

Senior Software Engineer who builds production AI agent systems, data pipelines, LLM evaluation layers, and retrieval infrastructure for an AI-powered platform.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 17 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Minneapolis, MN
URL: http://collaboration.ai

Who We Are

Collaboration.Ai is a mission-focused, AI-powered software and services company based in Minnesota, with employees, partners, and customers around the world. We unite people, technology, and purpose to accelerate breakthroughs that transform industries, empower communities, and create a more sustainable future. We collaborate with organizations across the defense ecosystem, helping them navigate complex challenges and drive transformative change.

Our Products

NetworkOS — NetworkOS is an AI-powered platform that aligns people, purpose, ideas, and expertise in real-time, generating actionable insights to propel movements forward.

CrowdVector — CrowdVector is an integrated solution marketplace and innovation management platform that rapidly uncovers new ideas and advances breakthroughs to fuel movements.

To learn more about us, visit collaboration.ai.

About the Role

You'll build the agentic systems and data pipelines behind NetworkOS's AI capabilities: production agent workflows built on industry-leading agent SDKs and harnesses, MCP servers, and Agent Skills standards; the eval and observability layer that keeps LLM quality measurable; and the ingestion pipelines that turn messy, diverse data sources into queryable knowledge.

This is an execution seat, not an ivory tower. You'll commit code every week, ship agents as product capability rather than demos, and help shape a roadmap that's heading deep into graph + agents territory — for customers in defense, public sector, and regulated enterprise.

Agents in production. Pipelines that hold. Evals that keep everyone honest.

What You'll Do

  • Ship production agent systems — design, build, and operate agentic workflows (agent SDKs, MCP servers, Agent Skills standards) powering AI-driven matching, analysis, and data intelligence

  • Operationalize LLM quality — build the eval and observability layer with Langfuse, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge patterns, and FinOps-style tracking so every workflow has measurable quality, cost, and latency

  • Engineer data pipelines — robust ingestion of documents, structured data, and external sources into searchable knowledge bases with quality validation, deduplication, and incremental updates

  • Own retrieval quality — hybrid search combining vector, keyword, and metadata retrieval, continuously improved through reranking, query expansion, and contextual compression

  • Accelerate with AI — build custom MCP tools and Agent Skills that make the whole engineering team measurably faster

  • Execute alongside the team — pair with full-stack engineers on AI integration points, contribute to incident response for AI services, and keep your hands in the code

Our Tech Stack

  • Languages: Python (primary); Kotlin (core platform language at CAI); TypeScript/Node.js and other modern languages (secondary)

  • AI/ML: FastAPI, Pydantic; multi-provider LLM SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others)

  • Agentic Tooling: Claude Code/Codex/etc.; industry-leading agent SDKs and harnesses; MCP servers; Agent Skills standards

  • LLM Operations: Langfuse + evals (golden datasets, LLM-as-judge); in-house FinOps tracking (token usage, latency, cost); multi-provider orchestration including AWS Bedrock

  • Search & Retrieval: Vector databases, OpenSearch, embedding models

  • Data: PostgreSQL, Amazon S3; streaming pipelines (Kafka/Kinesis) where needed

  • Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS); DataDog + OpenTelemetry observability

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML or data engineering

  • Production agentic/LLM application experience — built and operated systems around LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) serving real users: agents, tool-use, or orchestrated LLM workflows

  • Data engineering background — robust, scalable pipelines for AI/ML workloads

  • LLM operations experience — evals and observability for production LLM systems (quality, cost, latency)

  • Production retrieval experience — vector databases and/or search engines (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch)

  • Modern Python stack proficiency — FastAPI, Pydantic, async/await, modern dependency management

  • AI-native workflows — demonstrated ability to leverage Claude Code/Codex or similar agentic coding tools to accelerate development

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS

  • US citizenship required (DoD contracting — IL4/IL5 environments — and FedRAMP compliance)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Deep agentic ecosystem experience — Agent Skills standards, custom MCP servers, agent SDKs across major vendors

  • Advanced RAG expertise — GraphRAG, agentic RAG, contextual retrieval, reranking strategies

  • Graph data experience — knowledge graphs, graph databases, or graph-based retrieval

  • Model selection & rightsizing — matching models to domain-specific use cases across quality, cost, and latency tradeoffs

  • Streaming data experience (Kafka, Kinesis) for real-time knowledge base updates

  • Research background, open-source contributions, or an advanced degree in ML/IR/NLP

Why Join Collaboration AI?

Real AI engineering, not a wrapper shop. Production agents, hybrid retrieval, continuous evals, and a roadmap heading into graph + agents — with the autonomy to shape how it's built.

AI-native by default. We build with AI, not just for AI. Agentic coding tools (Claude Code/Codex/etc.), agent SDKs and harnesses, MCP servers, and Agent Skills standards are how we work daily — you'll both use and build them.

Work that matters. Defense, public sector, and regulated industries — SOC 2 and NIST compliance, FedRAMP readiness, and customers whose missions demand AI they can trust.

Small, senior team. Early-stage impact with your work visible from week one. You'll help set the bar for how AI engineering is done here.

Engineer Senior Software Engineer - Addressing Team at Cloudflare

Design and maintain core distributed systems software services for network addressing, IP configuration, and BGP control at a global scale.

Senior Hybrid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a “normalized” problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

Available Locations: Austin, TX | London, UK | Lisbon, Portugal

About the Team

Cloudflare operates one of the largest and most interconnected anycast networks on the Internet. To make that happen, a complex orchestra of IP address configuration and distributed systems need to be in harmony to deliver packets from users, through our edge network and then onwards to our customers origin servers or networks.

On the Addressing team, you will architect, program, and maintain core software services that enable large corporate networks to be protected by Cloudflare. Recent projects range from IP conservation efforts, supporting use cases for Policy driven IP address assignment, designing traffic engineering tools that improve the quality of service for billions of users around the world, and building customer APIs to control BGP dynamically.

The Addressing team works closely with our system reliability engineers, network engineers  and product engineering teams to build automated systems that span the entire Cloudflare stack.

About the role

We are looking for talented Software Engineers to join our small but growing team. You will work on a range of microservices written mainly in Go. You’ll be designing and developing new APIs and data models to manage our rapidly expanding addressing needs.

The ever growing suite of Cloudflare products and services means our addressing tools are always evolving. You will have the opportunity to take on very impactful projects critical for Cloudflare. You will spend time learning the inner workings of our edge routers, servers, DNS and IP provisioning pipelines. You will work closely with other engineers to understand their needs and create scalable platforms to be used across the company.

Some of the technologies we use include Go, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kafka, Lua, Clickhouse, SaltStack, Prometheus and the usual Unix/Linux tools and workflows. We strive to build reliable, fault-tolerant systems that can operate at Cloudflare’s scale.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge, and experience

  • You are naturally curious and willing to take a step to learn something you don’t have experience in
  • You lead. We are a growing team and you will have a huge role shaping our products, tools and system designs from the ground up
  • You have experience writing high-quality code in one or more system programming languages (Go, Python, C/C++)
  • You have experience with modern Unix/Linux development and runtime environments
  • You have a solid understanding of TCP/IP and basic networking in general
  • You have a basic understanding of the HTTP/S/TLS stack
  • You have a working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • You have experience building and operating distributed systems
  • You have excellent debugging skills and attention to detail when breaking down problems

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with Go
  • Experience working with Rust
  • Familiarity with UI design, workflows and implementation
  • Familiarity with anycast or multi-site unicast networks
  • Knowledge of DNS and DNS based traffic management techniques (e.g geo DNS)

What Makes Cloudflare Special?

We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We’re a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet.

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we’ve equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers–at no cost.

Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we’ve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

1.1.1.1: We released1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.

Sound like something you’d like to be a part of? We’d love to hear from you!

Please note that applicants who progress to the offer stage of the interview process may be asked to attend an in-person interview within one of the Cloudflare Offices or Cloudflare Hubs.  More details about this will be available at that stage of the interview process.

This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Please note that any offer of employment may be conditioned on your authorization to receive software or technology controlled under these U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license.

We are an AA/Veterans/Disabled Employer.

Product Senior Product Manager at MongoDB

Senior Product Manager owns end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery for MongoDB's AI application platform, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re building a new product team in India to help shape how customers build, deploy, and operate AI applications on MongoDB. This is an early hire on a growing team—you’ll join while the team is still taking shape, with the opportunity to have real impact from the start.

You’ll report to a Director of Product Management based in Europe, working async-first with partners across India, EMEA, and North America. The engineering team in India is being built in parallel, so you’ll be working closely with engineers from the early days of the team.

We are looking to speak to candidates based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

What you’ll own

You’ll be the end-to-end owner for a core area of our AI application platform—from discovery and vision through roadmap, delivery, and iteration. This is a senior individual contributor role where you lead through ownership, expertise, and cross-functional influence.

Day to day, that means

  • Defining product strategy and roadmap for your area, aligned with MongoDB’s broader AI strategy and business goals
  • Talking to customers — from AI-native startups to large enterprises — to understand how they build and deploy AI applications, where they struggle, and what MongoDB should do about it
  • Writing clear product narratives, memos, and specs that align stakeholders, clarify trade-offs, to guide conversations with engineering, design, product marketing, etc
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders—including Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Partners, Sales, and Developer Relations—to scope, prioritize, and ship, balancing experimentation with reliability and scale, and driving positioning, launches, and enablement
  • Identifying new opportunities autonomously—spotting gaps, shaping problem spaces, researching industry trends and running discovery sessions with customers
  • Define and own clear success metrics for your area and use them to prioritize, make trade-offs and communicate impact

You’ll develop deep expertise in how companies build AI applications — including agentic workflows, retrieval and memory, evaluation, observability, and deployment patterns.

How we work

  • Async-first. Documentation and written communication are how decisions travel across time zones
  • Sync when it makes sense. When we need to discuss something live, we hop on a call to unbundle issues together.
  • In-person when it matters. The team gets together periodically for planning, relationship-building, and the kind of work that’s better done face to face

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in product management (or equivalent) building platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products — ideally in cloud, data, or AI
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of a product area: from framing the problem and vision through roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration
  • Customer obsession: you’re comfortable running discovery calls, digging into workflows, and turning messy feedback into clear product decisions
  • Strong written and live communication: clear docs, productive meetings, confident stakeholder presentations. This matters more in an async, distributed team — writing is how you lead
  • Technical depth sufficient to collaborate with senior engineers on distributed systems, cloud services, and AI/ML tooling, and to ask good questions when something is unclear
  • Curiosity about AI: you follow how companies are building AI applications — agents, orchestration frameworks, RAG, fine-tuning, or other emerging patterns
  • Comfort with ambiguity: you help define the problem, the success metrics, and the path forward. In an early-stage team, this is the job

Bonus points

  • Experience building developer tools, AI platforms, or MLOps/LLMOps products
  • Engineering background or deep experience partnering with engineering on technical products
  • Experience with enterprise customers on mission-critical workloads
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Figma Make) to move faster and amplify impact

How we’ll measure success (30/60/90 days)

We need someone who can onboard quickly and start driving impact early.

In your first 30 days, you will:

  • Ramp up on MongoDB products, AI application patterns, and how our teams work
  • Shadow customer calls and internal forums to learn current strategy, open questions, and key stakeholders
  • Produce a clear written overview of your product area: current state, key bets, and known gaps

By 60 days, you will

  • Take ownership of a set of customer relationships and run your own discovery conversations each week
  • Own and socialize an initial strategy and roadmap proposal for your area, with clear problem statements and success metrics
  • Partner with engineering and design to shape and drive at least one scoped initiative into execution

By 90 days, you will

  • Be the go-to owner for your product area, driving prioritization and day-to-day decision-making across functions
  • Lead customer- and data-informed iterations on what you’ve shipped, adjusting the roadmap based on what you’re learning
  • Contribute to the broader AI application platform strategy with perspectives from your domain, customers, and the field

Project Management Senior Technical Program Manager (Hybrid) at Rewards Network

Senior Technical Program Manager owns planning, governance, and delivery of complex strategic programs spanning product, engineering, and cross-functional teams from conception through launch.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Rewards Network

For 41 years, Rewards Network has been helping restaurants grow revenue, increase traffic, and boost customer engagement through innovative financial, marketing services, and premier dining rewards programs. By offering unique card-linked offers, we introduce diners to fantastic restaurant experiences, leveraging advanced technology and data analytics to deliver value to restaurants, diners, and our strategic partners’ loyalty programs.

Our Culture

At Rewards Network, you’ll be part of a driven and diverse team that excels in collaboration, issue resolution, and taking ownership of both personal growth and the company’s success. We take pride in partnering with the world’s most powerful loyalty programs to drive full-price paying customers to local restaurants through marketing services and flexible funding options. Our engaging and rewarding environment is designed to help you gain your full potential.

Job Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager at Rewards Network owns the planning, governance, and delivery of the company’s most complex, strategic programs — including large-scale product transformations on our consumer- and restaurant-facing sides of the business, major product modernization initiatives (from discovery through launch), large-scale partner and restaurant onboarding programs, new strategic partner and payments integrations, and core payments infrastructure upgrades and migrations. Each of these spans multiple concurrent workstreams across Product, Engineering, Data, Partner Management, Marketing, and Operations. This role owns the end-to-end timeline, success, and delivery health of that program portfolio — from Conception through launch — establishing the operating rhythm and managing cross-program dependencies, risk, and stakeholder communication so Rewards Network’s highest-priority initiatives land on time, meet a standard of greatness, and align with business objectives.

This is an embedded owner into the cross-functional team: someone senior enough to operate without handholding, deep enough in the details of the work to know why each program matters (not just its next milestone), and comfortable reporting credibly in both directions — upward (to executives and senior leaders) with clean, balanced, actionable updates, and outward (to Partners, Ops, Marketing, and Engineering) to ensure alignment. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Product and is an experienced individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of rigorous program governance and cross-functional influence at the executive level.

This is a hybrid position that requires in office presence 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Chicago.

What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)

  • Own end-to-end program management for Rewards Network’s most complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives — spanning platform transformations, product modernization efforts, large-scale partner and merchant onboarding, new partner and payments integrations, and core payments infrastructure upgrades — often managing several concurrently.
  • Define and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-program dependency maps; drive accountability against committed dates and quality bars.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate appropriately and recommend trade-offs when scope, schedule, or resources require rebalancing.
  • Work with Product leadership to ensure the right work is sequenced against available resources. Establish and run the governance operating model — steering committees, working-team cadences, and review rhythms — to keep each program’s health visible without active leadership involvement.
  • Own program-level reporting and status communication to executives, senior leadership, and key stakeholders; translate complex delivery details across multiple concurrent programs into simple, clear, decision-ready summaries.
  • Manage cross-program dependencies with internal partners and external integrations (e.g., loyalty program partners); ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and acceptance criteria across every program in the portfolio.
  • Own the cross-functional execution of product launches and go-to-market plans: coordinate readiness, dependencies, timing, and stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Partner Management. Partner closely with Marketing on positioning and messaging, but owns the plan, the timeline, and an on-time, successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and connective tissue for cross-functional programs — this includes applying pressure (or escalation) to other leaders as needed to keep programs on-track.
  • Continuously improve program management practices, tools, templates, and governance processes, including eliciting feedback on how we can continue to improve them.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase program management velocity and quality — accelerating status synthesis, risk analysis, and plan generation — and model AI-native practices for the broader cross-functional team.
  • Champion a culture of clear ownership, transparent communication, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of technical program or project management experience delivering software/technology initiatives in a SaaS, B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environment, including experience managing a portfolio of related, concurrent programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a portfolio of multiple concurrent, related programs from inception to launch, with enough technical fluency to engage credibly with Engineering on architecture, sequencing, and risk.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
  • Experience presenting program-level status to executives and senior-leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into ambiguous, in-flight programs and operate independently within days or weeks, not months.
  • Strong program and project management fundamentals: scope definition, scheduling, cross-program dependency management, identifying risks, risk management, and change control.
  • Excellent ability to translate ambiguous business goals into structured, actionable plans with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs (engineering, design, product, marketing, partner management, operations) without direct authority.
  • Operates as an embedded owner, not a meeting scheduler or status relay — brings a point of view on risk and sequencing rather than simply passing along what others report.
  • Comfortable partnering with Product Marketing and Marketing on go-to-market execution — translating an agreed positioning and messaging strategy into a coordinated, cross-functional launch plan, timeline, and readiness checklist.
  • Proficiency with program and project management and collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Miro; comfort with reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., advanced JIRA, Tableau, or similar). Experience designing and running a program governance model — steering committees, working-team cadences, and demo/review rhythms — that scales with a program’s complexity.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform planning, identify bottlenecks, and measure delivery health.
  • World-class written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging from individual contributors up to executive leadership.
  • Calm under pressure with strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • AI-native and proficient with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Glean, Claude) to accelerate day-to-day program management — drafting plans and status updates, synthesizing data across systems, and surfacing risks faster — with a mindset of continuously adopting new AI-enabled workflows as they emerge.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Education, Certifications and Experience: Preferred

  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent program/project management certification.
  • Experience in FinTech, MarTech, restaurant, dining, hospitality, or loyalty/rewards industries.
  • Experience coordinating with external partners (e.g., loyalty programs, integration partners, vendors) on joint roadmaps and delivery commitments.
  • Experience coordinating product launches or go-to-market execution in partnership with Product Marketing or Marketing teams.
  • Experience managing data, analytics, or AI/ML-driven product initiatives.

What you’ll love about us:

Comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • This is a full-time, exempt position. The base salary range for this role in Chicago is $140,000–$160,000 annually, depending on candidate’s experience, as well as skills, and other factors. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus target of 15%, bringing total target compensation to $161,000–$184,000.
  • Competitive Time Off Benefits: including flexible PTO, 11 company holidays, and parental leave.
  • Generous dining reimbursement when you dine with our restaurant clients
  • 401(k) plan with a company match
  • Two medical plan options- Standard PPO or High Deductible Health Plan (HSA with company match for HDHP participants)
  • Partnership with Rx n Go, offering certain prescriptions for free

Sales Policy and Partnerships Lead CEE and Baltics, Global Affairs at OpenAI

Develop and execute public policy and partnership strategies across Central/Eastern Europe and the Baltics, building relationships with government and stakeholder organizations.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Team

OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. Achieving this requires effective engagement with policymakers and the broader communities impacted by AI.

Our Global Affairs team builds authentic, collaborative relationships with public officials and the wider AI policymaking community. We work to ensure that insights from policymakers and external stakeholders inform OpenAI’s work and, in collaboration with colleagues across the organization, support the development of thoughtful regulation, industry standards, and the safe and beneficial development of AI.

About the Role

As the Policy and Partnerships Lead CEE & Baltics, you will develop and lead OpenAI’s public policy and partnerships strategy across Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics as part of our broader European team.

You will determine where OpenAI should engage most deeply, develop differentiated country strategies, and connect national political and policy dynamics with OpenAI’s broader European and global objectives. You will build trusted relationships with governments, regulators, public administrations, civil society, business, research institutions, and other influential stakeholders, while identifying practical, high-impact opportunities to demonstrate how AI can contribute to economic competitiveness, public-sector modernization, education and skills, security, resilience, and broader societal benefit.

You will also serve as an important bridge between national capitals and Brussels, surfacing regional intelligence, assessing where national debates may influence Europe-wide outcomes, and translating OpenAI’s European priorities into locally credible strategies and engagement.

This is a senior, high-ownership role at the intersection of public policy, government affairs, and partnership building. You will work closely with colleagues across Global Affairs, Legal, Communications, Product, Safety and Security, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market, and report to the Head of EU Member States Policy & Partnerships.

Warsaw is the preferred location for this role. Exceptional candidates based elsewhere in Central and Eastern Europe or the Baltics may be considered, subject to employment feasibility. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. The role will involve frequent travel across the region, periodic travel elsewhere in Europe and occasional travel to the US (approximately three times per year).

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute OpenAI’s public policy and partnerships strategy across Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltics, identifying priority markets, issues, and opportunities for engagement.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior policymakers, regulators, public administrations, civil society organizations, researchers, business leaders, and other influential stakeholders.

  • Develop differentiated country strategies that reflect local political, economic, and regulatory dynamics while advancing OpenAI’s broader European and global priorities.

  • Lead engagement on key AI and technology policy issues, helping shape policy environments that support the safe and responsible development and deployment of AI.

  • Identify and develop partnerships, programs, coalitions, and initiatives that translate OpenAI’s mission and policy priorities into tangible regional impact.

  • Monitor political, legislative, and regulatory developments across the region, surface emerging risks and opportunities, and provide clear strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as a bridge between national capitals and Brussels, helping connect national policy developments with EU-level debates, regulation, and implementation.

  • Represent OpenAI in senior-level meetings, industry forums, conferences, and other public and private engagements.

  • Prepare OpenAI leaders for engagement with policymakers and external stakeholders, including developing briefing materials, policy positions, and strategic recommendations.

  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Communications, Product, Safety and Security, Partnerships, Go-to-Market, and other teams to develop and execute coordinated strategies.

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have deep knowledge of the political, institutional, and technology-policy landscape across Central and Eastern Europe and/or the Baltics, with meaningful credibility in at least one priority market.

  • Have an established network and experience building trusted relationships with policymakers, regulators, civil society, and other senior stakeholders.

  • Understand EU policymaking and the interaction between Brussels-level policy, national politics, regulation, and implementation.

  • Bring strong technology-policy judgment and an understanding of issues relevant to AI, such as privacy, data, competition, copyright, product safety, and consumer protection. Direct AI-policy experience is a significant plus.

  • Have a track record of translating political relationships and policy objectives into concrete partnerships, programs, coalitions, campaigns, or other initiatives with meaningful impact.

  • Are comfortable working across multiple countries and political environments, recognizing where a common regional approach creates leverage and where local nuance is essential.

  • Are highly self-directed and able to manage multiple markets and workstreams through rapid cycles of analysis, decision-making, and execution.

  • Build trust with senior stakeholders while exercising the judgment to challenge assumptions, reshape an approach, or advise against opportunities that are unlikely to have meaningful impact.

  • Are an effective coalition builder who can bring together internal teams and external partners around a shared strategy.

  • Communicate complex technical and policy concepts clearly to diverse audiences and have the executive presence to represent OpenAI in sensitive, senior-level settings.

  • Bring strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Care deeply about the potential for AI to benefit society while remaining thoughtful about its risks and the responsibilities associated with its development and deployment.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment, intellectual agility, and outstanding personal integrity.

  • Are fluent in English. Professional proficiency in at least one CEE or Baltic language is strongly preferred, with Polish particularly valuable.

Project Management Senior Technical Program Manager (Hybrid) at Rewards Network

Senior Technical Program Manager owns planning, governance, and delivery of complex strategic programs spanning product, engineering, and operations across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Sales Policy and Partnerships Lead CEE and Baltics, Global Affairs at OpenAI

Develops and executes public policy and partnerships strategy across Central/Eastern Europe and Baltics, building stakeholder relationships and identifying AI engagement opportunities.

Engineer Senior Software Engineer Front End at Togetherwork

Senior frontend engineer modernizes legacy UIs to modern React components across 20+ SaaS products using AI coding tools and design systems.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Frontend Engineer Location: Austin, TX (hybrid)

Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

Work Authorization Notice: At this time, we are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the country where the role is based.

About Us Togetherwork is a $250M recurring revenue SaaS business with more than 33 software applications serving over 12 vertical markets. We help communities, organizations, and businesses thrive by delivering purpose-built software that supports their missions and operations.

Headquartered on South Congress in Austin, TX, Togetherwork is scaling rapidly. We are customer-focused, execution-driven, and committed to operational excellence. Our teams value accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About the Role Togetherwork is seeking a Frontend Engineer to incrementally modernize the user interfaces of 20+ SaaS products across a polyglot stack while keeping everything running for customers. Not prototyping — replacing live, production legacy UIs.

You will work from Figma designs, leverage AI coding tools to accelerate implementation, and own the full journey from design handoff to backend integration. You are expected to use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow.

What You’ll Do

Legacy UI Modernization Incrementally replace server-rendered UIs with modern React components without breaking what is currently running. You understand the strangler pattern, know when to wrap versus replace, and scope modernization work into small shippable increments that are safe to deploy.

  • Figma to Production Take Figma designs from handoff to production-ready React components using AI tools to accelerate code generation, then apply the judgment to validate, refine, and ship. You know the difference between AI output that is ready to ship and output that needs to be reworked.
  • Backend Integration Identify when a legacy server-rendered product needs API decoupling before the frontend can be modernized, and work with backend engineers to solve that problem.
  • AI-Augmented Development Use AI models as active tools in your daily workflow, accelerating Figma-to-code implementation. You evaluate AI output critically and know when to accept, refine, or rewrite.
  • Quality and Stability Implement feature flags for UI changes so rollback is always possible. Write unit and visual regression tests to catch when modernized components affect surrounding legacy UI. Own performance benchmarking before and after modernization to demonstrate measurable improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work directly with designers on Figma handoff, product managers on scope and priority, and backend engineers on API contracts. Communicate modernization trade-offs clearly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience modernizing at least one server-rendered legacy stack: PHP, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
  • Experience with incremental modernization patterns.
  • Demonstrated use of AI coding tools to ship production frontend code.
  • Figma handoff experience.
  • Backend integration experience with understanding of API decoupling requirements.
  • Proven frontend testing proficiency.
  • Experience with feature flagging for safe incremental UI rollout.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience across multiple products or a platform engineering team simultaneously.
  • Accessibility awareness (WCAG compliance) especially when modernizing legacy UI.
  • Component library experience.

Why You’ll Love Working Here At Togetherwork, we help community-driven organizations grow and thrive — creating better experiences for the people they serve.

We are guided by values that shape how we work every day:

Obsess over our customers Own it. Together. Move fast with purpose

The Company offers a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • 100% Employer paid short/long term disability
  • Basic Life
  • 401(k) option with 100% company match up to 4%
  • Flexible paid personal/vacation time built on mutual trust and accountability
  • 10 sick days annually
  • 10 company paid holidays
  • 6 weeks paid parental leave
  • Pet Insurance
  • Medical Travel Benefits
  • Infertility Benefits
  • Teladoc
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Wellness Benefits & Engagement Platform

Inclusion and Diversity: Togetherwork is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. We are a company where diverse backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints are valued. Togetherwork does not make hiring or employment decisions on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, age, ethnic or national origin, or any other basis protected by all local, state or federal laws.

To ensure a fair and consistent interview experience, the use of real-time AI tools or other external assistance to generate or guide interview responses is not permitted. Interviews are intended to reflect an individual’s judgment, problem-solving approach, and communication.

Project Management Sr. Analyst, Technology & Project Management (Reproductive Healthcare - Hybrid) at Upstream USA

Sr. Analyst manages cross-functional technology and data projects, oversees initiatives, and supports organizational AI implementation while ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Senior Hybrid Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Organizational Summary

Contraceptive care is basic healthcare. Yet too many patients in the U.S. struggle to access the care they need, when they need it. Founded in 2014, Upstream USA is a national, nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care is available to everyone.

Our Mission and Impact

Upstream works to ensure individuals can make fully informed, autonomous decisions about the contraceptive methods that are best for them. We are currently the largest contraceptive organization in the country improving contraceptive care in primary care settings, operating in 37 states and Washington, D.C.

While our foundational work focuses on partnering with healthcare organizations offering primary care, such as federally qualified healthcare centers (FQHC) and health systems, we are always evolving. We are actively pursuing additional, innovative paths to ensure every patient has streamlined access to the contraceptive service of their choice, where and when it is most convenient for them.

A Different Kind of Nonprofit

Supported entirely by venture philanthropy, Upstream operates with a culture of aggressive growth and a laser focus on measurable outcomes. To maintain our independence and nonpartisan stance, we do not accept funding from the government or pharmaceutical companies.

  • Our 2030 Goal: We are on a mission to partner with organizations that collectively reach 5 million patients of reproductive age.
  • Recognition: We are a 2023 Audacious Project recipient, with our work featured in publications like Harvard Public Health, Bloomberg, and MedPage Today.

We welcome individuals who are driven by impact and scale to join us in making equitable contraceptive access a reality for all.

Position Summary

Upstream’s Data, Analytics and Technology (DAT) team works cross-functionally to ensure software, hardware, and data function optimally while leading improvement projects that shape the business and promote organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and data-driven decision making. The team also supports Upstream’s growing, organization-wide use of AI.

This role exists to expand the team’s capacity to deliver. Reporting to the Manager of Data, Analytics, Technology & Security, the Sr. Analyst, Technology & Project Management partners closely with the DAT leadership team and colleagues across Upstream to own and move forward the work that keeps initiatives shipping: project management, data analysis and reporting, and the hands-on execution in between the planning and the doing, and adds a versatile, technically capable partner who can both plan the work and do it.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, highly organized, and exceptional communicator who is as comfortable running a stakeholder meeting as building a report or completing a project. They are curious, detail-oriented, and energized by turning ambiguous needs into finished work in a fast-moving, lean environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Technical Project Management (60%)

  • Own end-to-end project management, from intake through delivery, for DAT initiatives on the team’s roadmap, including data migrations, IT operations improvements, and the central data-layer buildout.
  • Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders using agile/Kanban methods; align people on outcomes, owners, and deadlines, and keep work visible and moving, anticipating blockers and keeping initiatives and the team on track.
  • Cultivate cross-departmental relationships and drive projects to completion, bringing a technical skill set that lets you both coordinate the work and contribute to it directly, including by not limited to supporting Upstream’s evolving central data warehouse / data-layer strategy.
  • Serve as a resource for turning data into decisions across teams.

Automation, Tooling & Process Improvement (25%)

  • Build and improve MVP (Minimum Viable Product) workflow automations and solutions that remove manual work across teams, then iterate based on real use and feedback.
  • Translate staff pain points and ideas into documented, repeatable, right-sized workflows. Train others so improvements stick and scale.
  • Drive initiatives to completion, often coordinating and contributing directly to the work.

Systems, AI Adoption & Operations Support (15%)

  • Support software and hardware administration and asset lifecycle management (SaaS apps, laptops, office tech) and coordination with third-party technology vendors.
  • Support Upstream’s AI adoption efforts with hands-on help on pilots, education and training, documentation, and change management.
  • Support selection, implementation, and administration across Upstream’s SaaS application stack (Google Workspace, Snowflake, Power BI, Vena, ADP, Greenhouse, and others)
  • Help improve and, where possible, automate helpdesk and support functions; monitor and elevate recurring issues, propose, and help implement process enhancements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Upstream fosters a mission-oriented workplace and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds. The ideal candidate upholds our mission of accessible, patient-centered contraceptive care, builds trust through empathy and honesty, and contributes to a collaborative culture. They bring enthusiasm to their work, creating opportunities for connection and celebration.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including clear writing and confident facilitation. Able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and build trust with colleagues, vendors, and leadership.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience across some combination of project management, data analysis/reporting, and technology/operations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience. Able to run multiple projects and incoming requests simultaneously, ideally using agile/Kanban methods and a work-management or ticketing system (Asana, Autotask, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience doing data analysis and reporting, building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Google Sheets/Excel) and preparing and transforming data (“ETL-type” work).
  • Demonstrates a strong bias toward action and ownership. Comfortable both developing strategy and executing it—delivering an initial solution quickly, then iterating and improving over time.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and to solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort with using AI tools and a willingness to experiment and innovate with them to help Upstream accelerate towards achieving our mission.
  • AI Fluency & Tool Integration: Ability to identify and leverage generative AI tools (such as LLMs, image generators, or industry-specific copilots) to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance overall output quality while maintaining the proper human checkpoints.
  • AI Prompt Engineering & Critical Output Evaluation: Proficiency in crafting effective prompts to achieve desired outcomes and the critical thinking skills necessary to audit, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content for accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Ethical AI Awareness: A foundational understanding of the ethical implications of AI, including data privacy, bias recognition, and the responsible use of company information in third-party AI environments.
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented in the face of challenges, setbacks, or ambiguity. Approaches obstacles with a growth mindset and maintains a steady commitment to goals, even under pressure or changing circumstances; resilient.
  • While we are a remotely based organization, we maintain an on-camera culture during meetings to support connection, engagement, teaming and collaboration. Must be comfortable and able to participate in this environment

Valued and Non-Essential Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability (Not required to apply)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • Scripting (Python, Google Apps Script), SQL, or APIs.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data-warehouse tooling (e.g., Snowflake, Fivetran) and data validation techniques.
  • Familiarity or experience with Salesforce
  • Experience building workflow automations, AI agents, and other AI-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration and best practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (Gemini, Claude, Cortex, etc.).
  • Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or other mission-driven setting.
  • Awareness of information security and/or HIPAA concepts.
