Project Management Support Program Manager, Support Delivery at OpenAI

Leads support delivery programs, establishes operational frameworks, and manages cross-functional initiatives to scale customer support operations and tooling.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Team

OpenAI’s User Operations team shepherds our customer’s adoption of AI and ensures that our customers’ product experience is nothing short of exceptional. We are building the very first post-AGI support team. We resolve complex issues, provide technical guidance, and support customers in maximizing value and adoption from deploying our products. We work closely with Sales, Technical Success, Product, Engineering and others to deliver the best possible experience to our customers at scale. OpenAI’s customers represent a range of diverse backgrounds and maturity, from early-stage startups to established global enterprises.

About the Role

We are looking for a Support Program Manager to join our Support Delivery team. This role is an exciting opportunity to help define and implement foundational support practices that will scale with OpenAI’s growth. You will lead efforts to establish new operational frameworks, driving process alignment with various internal teams, and leading tooling and automation projects. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact in shaping customer experience while collaborating across multiple teams.

We’re looking for people who thrive at the intersection of project management, systems building, data science/data engineering/software engineering, team enablement, and customer advocacy – and enjoy working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and follows a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office per week. Relocation assistance is available.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support delivery programs for Tier 3 frontline delivery for our most strategic customers, including productivity and workflow improvements, team operations, and knowledge management for the Support Delivery team

  • Partner with Support Delivery and cross-functional leadership to define the experience, stand up the program, manage pilots and rollout, and ensure premium operations and playbooks stay healthy over time

  • Lead strategy and program design for internal support initiatives, including specialization programs, quality initiatives, community support, product reliability and launch supportability

  • Coordinate requirements, implementation, and ongoing iteration with internal build owners and systems partners

  • Lead projects to identify, implement, and scale tools and automation that improve customer support efficiency and effectiveness

  • Identify and scale practical AI-powered workflows across support operations, using automation, LLMs, and internal tooling to reduce manual work, improve resolution quality, and help the team operate more effectively at scale

  • Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce friction, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

  • Help shape the vision and strategy of a new team, contributing to its long-term success and influence across the organization

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or support engineering, with a focus on building scalable processes and tooling

  • Have shipped or maintained tools and automations (dashboards, ETL pipelines, low-code apps) that eliminated manual work and scaled beyond a single team

  • Treat ChatGPT & LLMs as default co-developers, rapidly turning natural-language ideas into working code or queries

  • Deeply enjoy working cross-functionally and are skilled at building relationships with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams

  • Excel in a dynamic, high-impact team environment where you can create structure and make meaningful contributions

  • Are passionate about using tools and automation to drive efficiency and improve customer outcomes

  • Possess exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Have a high ownership mindset with a bias toward action; comfortable operating in ambiguity, driving clarity, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done

Leads cross-functional operational projects from conception through launch, managing program expansions, process efficiencies, and quality improvements across a healthcare organization.

What this role involves

About Pair Team

At Pair Team, we’re an innovative, mission-driven company reimagining how Medicaid and Medicare serve the most underserved populations. As a tech-enabled medical group, we deliver whole-person care—clinical, behavioral, and social—by partnering with organizations deeply connected to the communities we serve.

We’re building a powerful care management service and platform that leverages AI and automation to scale meaningful, human-centered care. Our work is driven by top talent across clinical care, technology, product, and operations—working together to improve access and outcomes for all our patients.

We’re one of the largest Enhanced Care Management providers in California and are on track to build the nation’s largest clinically integrated network supporting high-need Medicaid members. Our model has demonstrated real impact, including a 58% reduction in emergency department visits and a 29% reduction in hospital admissions.

At Pair Team, we’re not just delivering care—we’re building the future of a more equitable, community-rooted Medicaid system.

  • Forbes: For Pair Team, Accessibility Is About Delivering Healthcare To Those Who Need It The Most
  • TechCrunch: Building for Medicaid’s regulatory moment with Neil Batlivala from Pair Team
  • Axios: Pair Team collects $9M for Medicaid-based care

About the Opportunity

As Project Manager at Pair Team, you will drive the development and execution of high-impact initiatives that expand care access and improve outcomes for underserved populations. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll lead mission-critical projects from concept through launch—shaping approaches to company operations while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. Your work will directly influence how Pair Team scales its model and serves its most complex patients. This is a unique opportunity to execute and coordinate high-impact initiatives at a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

This is a fully remote position reporting up to the SVP of Central Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead high-priority operational initiatives from conception to completion
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects, such as new program launches, backend operational efficiencies, and AI-driven quality improvements, for example
  • Diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks by bringing in new capabilities and tools
  • Act as a nimble, generalist problem-solver who can deploy quickly and effectively to the most urgent, high-leverage opportunities across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on goals, measure outcomes, and iterate on programs
  • Build scalable systems that support growth and improve performance of both clinical and non-clinical teams

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or healthcare delivery

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth healthcare company—preferably one serving Medicaid or Medicare patients in a value-based care model.

    • Ideally, including Medicare risk adjustment and/or revenue cycle management
  • Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, create structure, and drive execution across teams.

  • Analytical mindset with systems-building instincts and a track record of driving execution

  • Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no “red tape”)

  • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder

Our Values

  • Lead with integrity: We keep our commitments and take responsibility for our actions. We are dependable and choose authenticity over perfection.
  • Embrace challenges: We leave our egos at the door and step forward into discomfort instead of back into safety. We help each other to learn and provide feedback using candor and kindness.
  • Break through walls: We go the extra mile for our patients, partners and one another, and we run toward hard things. We are resilient in our push for consistent improvement and challenge the status quo.
  • Act beyond yourself: We build each other up and respect boundaries. We seek first to understand and assume positive intent.
  • Care comes first: We hold ourselves to the highest standards for our patients. We are relentless in the pursuit of our mission, and ensure that we are taking care of ourselves in order to care for others.

Because We Value You

  • Competitive salary: $105,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience)
  • Equity compensation package
  • Medical, dental & vision with HSA/FSA and company HSA contribution
  • Remote-first with equipment and $100/mo home office stipend
  • Flexible PTO and 12 paid holidays
  • 100% company-paid life, disability & AD&D
  • Backup childcare, caregiver concierge, and financial guidance resources
  • Opportunity for rapid career progression with plenty of room for personal growth
  • Travel reimbursements for occasional travel for projects (estimated 1-2x/yr)

Pair Team is an Equal Opportunity Employer. At Pair Team, we value diversity and strive to provide an inclusive environment for all applicants and employees. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, marital status, age, disability, political affiliation, military service, genetic information, or any other characteristic covered by federal, state, or local law.

Project Management Outbound Product Manager at Assured

Manages cross-functional product launches and carrier onboarding projects, translating requirements between sales, engineering, and clients while establishing product operations processes.

Mid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

At Assured, we provide large insurers with the software solutions they need to win in a modern, technology-driven world. From self-service claim-filing software to backend fraud detection, we’re the engine that powers claims processing for some of the largest insurers in the world.

The challenges we face are deep and diverse, from creating digital experiences that provide comfort and clarity to claimants at their most stressed and vulnerable to orchestrating large-scale ML-driven decision-making on billions of dollars of claims payments, life at Assured is dynamic, collaborative, and rewarding.

Some of the Problems You’ll Solve:

🔗 Bridge the gap between what Sales promised and what Eng can build. Sit between Client Engagement and Engineering to translate carrier requirements into scoped, sequenced work — surfacing conflicts early instead of letting them surface in a status meeting three weeks before launch.

🚀 Drive new carrier launches from kickoff to go-live. Own the cross-functional plan for onboarding a new carrier — dependencies, timelines, risk, and the dozens of small decisions that determine whether launch day is calm or chaotic.

📋 Build the product ops muscle that doesn’t exist yet. Design the intake process, prioritization framework, and status cadence that let carrier projects move through Product and Eng predictably, instead of every project reinventing how it gets tracked.

🧭 Make tradeoffs visible before they become fires. When a carrier asks for something new mid-project, figure out what it actually costs in eng time and timeline, and make sure the right people decide — instead of the request quietly absorbing into someone’s backlog.

🗣️ Be the translator, not just the tracker. Turn carrier-speak into engineering requirements and engineering constraints into carrier-facing answers, so neither side is negotiating in the dark.

🔍 Find the pattern across carrier projects. Notice when three carriers are hitting the same wall, and turn that into a platform fix instead of three one-off workarounds — this is the seed of the long-term platform PM role.

⏱️ Keep multiple concurrent projects honest on timeline. Run the actual TPM mechanics — RAID logs, dependency mapping, critical path — for the highest-stakes carrier initiatives, without slowing engineering down with process for its own sake.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

🌎 Own carrier projects start to finish. Take a project from “the carrier wants X” through scoping, execution, launch, and the retro that makes the next one smoother.

🧩 Solve for ambiguity, not just execute a plan. Most carrier asks don’t arrive scoped. You’ll figure out what’s actually being asked, what it takes to deliver it, and who needs to be in the room.

🔍 Keep things visible. Build the reporting and status rhythm that lets leadership, Client Engagement, and Eng all know where things stand without a meeting to find out.

🤝 Work as the connective tissue across teams. Client Engagement needs to trust your timelines. Eng needs to trust your scoping. You earn both by being precise about what you know and honest about what you don’t.

⚡ Use AI to move faster. Use tools like Claude and similar platforms to help scope work, draft requirements, track dependencies, and keep documentation current without it eating your week.

📈 Grow into platform product ownership. As you find the recurring patterns across carrier projects, take ownership of the platform capability that resolves them — this role is the on-ramp to a long-term PM seat, not a permanent ops function.

You’ll Probably Thrive Here If You:

🏗️ Have real product ops or TPM experience. You’ve run cross-functional projects with real timeline and stakeholder pressure — ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform environment with external clients in the mix.

🛠️ Are comfortable being the least technical person in an eng conversation and the most technical person in a client conversation. You don’t need to write the code, but you need to understand enough about how systems work to scope honestly and push back on both sides.

📈 Have appetite for ownership beyond your job title. You see product ops and TPM work as a way into the room, not the ceiling — you want to end up owning product decisions, not just orchestrating other people’s.

⚡ Balance speed with rigor. You can get a launch plan moving on day one, but you don’t skip the RAID log because it felt slow.

💬 Lead through influence, not authority. You don’t own the Eng roadmap or the Client Engagement relationship — you get both to move together by being the most trusted, most organized person in the project.

🔄 Learn the domain fast. You don’t need insurance experience walking in, but you need to be the kind of person who can explain coverage validation to a new hire within a month of learning it yourself.

Benefits:

🤑 Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages for all employees

🏥 Healthcare Plan: Platinum medical, dental, and vision

🛡️ Free life insurance: Including long-term disability & short-term disability

🏄 Unlimited PTO: Uncapped vacation days & paid holidays

👶 Family Leave: Maternity & paternity

📈 401(k) Contribution: Assured contributes 3% of your income, even if you don’t contribute

🏠 WFH Benefits: Lunch on us 2x/week, monthly phone stipend & other home office perks

👪 Health FSAs & HSAs: Pre-tax accounts for out-of-pocket medical expenses

Project Management Senior Producer at Portable

Senior producer manages digital project delivery end-to-end, overseeing scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Mid Hybrid Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Portable

We are Australia’s leading innovation partners for public good – developing technology and design solutions that power the public and the people who serve it. We seek out areas of acute social need and work with government agencies, nonprofit organisations, and socially-minded businesses to make transformational change.

There are currently 65+ of us – researchers, strategists, designers, technologists, and producers – working from our head office in Collingwood and remotely from co-working spaces and homes across Australia.

This role sits within one of our Digital Product teams – cross-discipline delivery teams that operate as their own business units, each led by a Business Director.

Then there’s you!

You’re an experienced digital producer who thrives on the detail of delivery. You know how to keep a project or partnership on track – managing scope, risk, and communication so your team, and your partners, always know where things stand.

You’ve built genuine craft in production: you can run a workshop, write a statement of work, manage a budget, and hold a calm line when priorities shift. You’re not chasing a leadership title just yet – you’re focused on sharpening your delivery skills, building your commercial instincts, and taking on more as you’re ready for it.

You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, help deliver great outcomes for our partners, and play a growing role in how we win and shape new work.

What you’ll do

On a normal week, you might:

  • Lead delivery on one or more projects end to end, keeping scope, budget, and timelines on track.
  • Write and refine statements of work, tracking assumptions, risks, and dependencies as the work evolves.
  • Run stand-ups, workshops, and partner check-ins, keeping your team and clients aligned on progress.
  • Contribute to scoping and estimating for proposals, bringing a delivery lens to new business.
  • Track budgets and forecasts, raising risks early and keeping profit margin on target.
  • Coordinate research, design, and development inputs so the right work happens at the right time.
  • Contribute to case studies and retrospectives once a project wraps up.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • Experience in digital project or product delivery, ideally 4 or more years, delivering research, design, or technology engagements.
  • Comfort managing scope, budget, and timelines on partnerships of meaningful size.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Confident stakeholder communication, and the judgement to know when to escalate.
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary environments, using delivery tools such as Jira and Asana.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach, and a genuine interest in growing your delivery and commercial skills over time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience contributing to proposals, scoping, or business development.
  • Exposure to digital products in the public, community, or non-profit sectors.

Key outcomes for this role

  • You deliver great work on your projects and help us to win more
  • Your projects land on time and on budget. Partners give positive feedback.
  • You contribute to scoping and estimating for proposals, and to marketing activity and case studies.

How we remunerate and support our team

The salary range for this role is $106,000 – $118,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.

Joining Portable means becoming part of an organisation with an award-winning workplace culture, where your contributions are valued and you’re supported by a genuinely multidisciplinary team.

Here’s what else you can look forward to:

  • Meaningful work with impact – engagements that make a positive difference in areas like mental health, social justice, and accessibility.
  • Flexible work arrangements – hybrid working (up to 2 days per week remotely), flexible hours, and personalised start and finish times.
  • Enhanced leave benefits – bonus annual leave based on tenure, the option to purchase additional leave, paid volunteering leave, and paid mental health days with no explanation required.
  • Growth and development – structured career pathways, an annual professional development allowance of $1,000–$2,000 and access to our Leadership programs.
  • Wellbeing support – up to 4 counselling sessions per year through our EAP with The Mindroom, covering general wellbeing, career planning and life’s challenges.
  • Financial and family support – profit-sharing bonuses, employee share options, salary sacrificing, enhanced parental leave, and flexible part-time arrangements.

How to apply

We’re committed to building a diverse and equitable team. People from underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.

To be considered, please send us:

  • Your resume.
  • A short (max. one-page) cover letter answering:
    • What attracted you to this role, and why do you think it’s a good fit for you?
    • Tell us about a partnership or project you managed where things didn’t go to plan. What did you do, and what did you learn?

Project Management Program Manager, Marketplace Operations at HealthCare.com

Manages a portfolio of initiatives across multiple teams, owns project planning through execution, ensures alignment on deadlines and dependencies, and uses data to track progress.

Mid Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Healthcare.com

Healthcare.com is a healthcare technology company building smarter ways to connect people and partners with the coverage, care, and solutions they need.

We’re three businesses, one company. Through Marketplace, Pivot Health, and TrustRx, our work spans health insurance marketplaces, flexible health coverage, and pharmacy, giving us more ways to solve meaningful problems across the healthcare ecosystem.

Healthcare doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. We’re curious, collaborative, and always looking for better ways to solve problems, use technology, and make an impact.

The Opportunity

As our Program Manager, Marketplace Operations, you’ll sit at the center of our Marketplace business, owning a portfolio of initiatives that span Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner facing teams.

You’ll bring structure and visibility to multiple workstreams, connect dependencies across teams, and make sure priorities turn into action. This isn’t a role where you simply collect updates and maintain timelines. You’ll dig into the data, verify progress, identify what needs attention, and help keep teams accountable to their commitments.

Project Management Program Manager, Marketplace Operations at HealthCare.com

Owns and manages a cross-functional project portfolio across Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams, tracking workstreams, dependencies, and risks to critical healthcare marketplace deadlines.
