Product Senior Director, Enterprise Platforms (US) at Code and Theory

Leads Adobe practice architecture, mentors a distributed team of architects, sets technical standards, and serves as escalation point for complex design and integration problems across enterprise engagements.

Lead Remote Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Code and Theory is a digital-first creative and technology agency that builds products, platforms and experiences for global brands. We combine engineering, design, data and strategy to deliver transformative digital solutions at scale.

This role leads the architecture pillar of the Adobe practice. You will be the senior architectural authority across every Adobe engagement we run, and the person our architects look to for technical direction, career growth and advocacy. You will also be the technical face of Code and Theory everywhere including Adobe - in front of their field teams, in front of their clients, and in the rooms where solutions get shaped before anyone writes a line of code.

This is not a role for someone who has stopped architecting. It is a leadership role for a practicing architect who wants to build and lead a team of them.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own architectural quality across every Adobe engagement in the practice - content, data, work management and everything that connects them
  • Run architecture reviews that change outcomes rather than rubber-stamp them, and establish the cadence and standards that make them worth attending
  • Set and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures, decision records and reusable patterns across the practice
  • Act as the escalation point for the hardest design and integration problems, and step in personally when an engagement is architecturally off-track
  • Build the accelerator and asset library that makes each engagement faster than the last - migration tooling, discovery frameworks, estimation models, solution blueprints
  • Hire, grow and lead a distributed team of multi-solution architects spanning content, data and work management specialisms
  • Own performance management and career development decisions for your team - genuinely own them, with the context to advocate properly for the work your team is doing
  • Mentor architects across specializations other than your own, which means being credible enough to challenge a data architect on identity strategy and a content architect on Edge Delivery Services in the same week
  • Establish how architects work across concurrent engagements without becoming spread too thin
  • Build a culture where architects volunteer their boundaries, document their decisions, and are trusted to say no
  • Lead technical solutioning on enterprise pursuits - architecture narrative, effort estimation, staffing shape, scope definition and the technical story in the room
  • Partner with sales, client partners and Adobe alliance leads on deal strategy
  • Translate business problems into scalable Adobe architectures, and translate technical complexity into value propositions executives can act on
  • Build the estimation discipline that makes our commitments credible - and hold the practice to estimate-versus-actual accuracy
  • Establish agentic engineering as how this team works, not as an experiment running alongside it
  • Build agents, sub-agents and orchestrated workflows that accelerate discovery, solution documentation, estimation, code review and migration - and get architects using them
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI capabilities across the Adobe stack and beyond, and set the guardrails that make AI output safe to put in front of a client
  • Mentor architects on AI-native working, including the ones who are skeptical

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 20+ years in technology, including 5+ years leading architects or senior technical staff globally. (India, LATAM etc)

  • Demonstrated ownership of performance reviews, career development and compensation decisions - not mentoring alone

  • Experience in an agency, consultancy or systems integrator, carrying multiple concurrent clients

  • Experience delivering across US, India and LATAM specifically

  • Deep, hands-on architectural expertise in at least one of the following:

    • Content and experience - AEM Sites and Assets, AEMaaCS, Edge Delivery Services, Forms, EDS
    • Data and personalization - Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Target
    • Work management and content supply chain - Workfront, Workfront Fusion, GenStudio, Firefly Services
  • Working architectural knowledge across all three areas of architectural expertise, sufficient to review a design, challenge a decision, and hold a client conversation

  • Experience with enterprise integration architecture (CRM, commerce, search, identity and SSO, analytics, data platforms)

  • Experience with modern architecture patterns (API-first, composable, headless versus hybrid, cloud-native, event-driven)

  • Still close enough to the work to earn respect from architects and engineers, not as the primary implementer, but the ability to read the code, diagnose the problem and defend the decision

  • Proven experience leading complex projects that include Data migration, customer journeys, CSC, legacy CMS to AEM, on-premise to AEMaaCS, and into Edge Delivery Services

  • Hands-on daily use of AI engineering tools like Claude, Cursor, or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience building agents, sub-agents or orchestrated workflows, not only consuming AI tooling

  • Track record of establishing AI-assisted practice across a team, including bringing skeptics along

  • Judgment about where AI output needs a human in the loop, and the guardrails to enforce it

  • Pre-sales ownership including estimation, staffing models, scope definition, pricing input and presenting in the room

  • Executive stakeholder management, including the ability to hold a boardroom conversation and an architecture review in the same day

  • An understanding of utilization, margin and why an inaccurate estimate is an architectural failure as much as a commercial one

  • Experience with enterprise clients across US, EU and APAC

  • Own the technical relationship with Adobe’s field, product and partner organizations

  • Represent us in Adobe’s partner ecosystem: beta programs, Experience League, user groups, Summit, and the conversations that earn early access

  • Bring Adobe’s roadmap back into the practice, and our field learning back to Adobe

  • Experience with commercial negotiations and contract development

  • Experience leading distributed teams across time zones, with genuine working relationships in offshore delivery centers rather than nominal ones

  • Comfort operating in a practice that is being built rather than one that is already running

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements, Adobe events and time with delivery teams

Product Engineering Manager, App Primitives - CAN at Vanta

Lead the App Primitives team building shared infrastructure and product foundations that enable all product teams to collaborate and scale efficiently across the platform.

Lead Remote Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

Vanta’s App Primitives team owns the shared building blocks that span data structures to UI: comments, notifications, event logs, feature flags, and task management. We own the general infrastructure; product teams own the logic built on top. Getting this layer right unlocks velocity for every team at Vanta.

As the Engineering Manager, App Primitives at Vanta, you’ll lead the team building the shared product primitives that every Vanta product team depends on, owning the infrastructure layer that makes collaboration, communication, and core workflows possible across the entire platform.

Our Engineering Managers develop and grow high-performing teams that deliver significant value to our customers and enable our business to scale. This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture and team development, with real authority to set direction and grow a world-class platform team.

Visit our Vanta Engineering Blog to learn more about what our team is working on!

What you’ll do as an Engineering Manager at Vanta:

  • Lead and grow the App Primitives team, owning hiring, team health, delivery, and the development of senior engineers and technical leads

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s shared product primitives: comments infrastructure, notifications platform, event log, feature flag system (Statsig), and task management

  • Define and steward the interface model between App Primitives systems and product teams, ensuring product teams can build on top of shared infrastructure quickly and safely, without owning the underlying systems themselves

  • Partner closely with product engineering leaders across Vanta to surface developer needs, identify friction in shared systems, and prioritize investments that unlock velocity at scale

  • Set technical direction for a full-stack team working across data models, backend services, and UI primitives, and earn the trust of senior engineers through strong technical judgment

  • Manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholder expectations across concurrent workstreams, operating with a high degree of autonomy

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years managing engineering teams, including a track record of developing senior engineers and technical leads

  • Experience leading platform, shared services, or product infrastructure teams — where your team’s output is what other teams build on

  • Technical fluency across the full stack, with enough depth in backend systems, shared data models, and API design to engage substantively with your team’s technical decisions

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator: able to partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to define clear ownership boundaries and drive alignment across teams

  • Track record of hiring senior engineers in a competitive market and building a team culture people want to be part of

  • Experience managing multi-team dependencies and delivering across concurrent workstreams with limited oversight

  • Uses AI in day-to-day work to amplify their skills and strengthen their outcomes, applying it across routine workflows, actively building fluency through experimentation, and exercising sound judgment to ensure AI-assisted work meets a high quality bar.

  • Industry-competitive salary and equity

  • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage

  • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney

As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world’s leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that’s real-time and transparent.

Sutherland

Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results

Job Description

About the Role

Connect is one of the premier and fastest selling products at Sutherland, providing a full omni-channel, Contact Center as a Service solution for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team and drive the delivery of Connect products and services through the full development lifecycle.

The Product Owner sets product vision and roadmap direction. From that point the product is yours through delivery: shaping requirements into a solution that can actually be built, making the trade-off calls that decide what ships and what defers, driving the build, running QA and UAT, and getting the product released and ready to deploy. Client deployments are run by the project management organization, and you support them as the product authority. At times this team carries the deployment directly. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to apply product judgment on scope, design, and release readiness, and to carry the professional standing that earns you the respect of engineering, operations, and clients.

Real contact center expertise is essential. You will make product and delivery decisions daily on omni-channel routing, telephony, agent desktop, recording, reporting, and integration behavior. You need to know how a contact center runs well enough to recognize when a design will not hold up against real routing, peak volume, or a failover, and to make that case to engineering. Candidates must have delivered products or capabilities on a contact center platform.

You will join a team of Product Delivery Managers reporting to the Head of Product Delivery. Delivery work is shared across the team, so you will coordinate with your peers on dependencies, shared components, release trains, and release order, and help shape the standards the team works to. The role has no direct reports and depends on working effectively across architecture, engineering, QA, project management, implementation, and operations. This is a remote position based in the United States. The team works US business hours, primarily Eastern Time and extending to Pacific Time, and that must be your normal business day. This role cannot be worked as an offset shift from another region.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Intake & Delivery Planning

  • Take product direction and priorities from the Head of Product Delivery and shape them into a delivery plan, including where the approach has to change to hold up in a live contact center.
  • Review requirements for clarity, completeness, testability, and feasibility. Take gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities back to the Head of Product Delivery and resolve them before work starts.
  • Break requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that development and QA can work from.
  • Size and phase the work with engineering, set milestones and release targets, and identify dependencies, assumptions, and risks up front.
  • Coordinate with peer Product Delivery Managers on cross-product dependencies, shared components, and release order.
  • Separate client-specific configuration from core product capability, and flag anything that would change product direction for the Head of Product Delivery.
  • Escalate scope, capacity, or timeline conflicts to the Head of Product Delivery with options and a recommendation.

Design & Build

  • Own execution for your assigned products and features: scope, schedule, quality, and dependencies.
  • Work with solution architects and engineering leads to turn approved requirements into functional and technical designs, and test those designs against real routing, agent workflow, telephony, recording, and reporting behavior.
  • Act as product owner for the scrum team: maintain the backlog, clarify requirements, clear roadblocks, and accept completed work against the acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain accurate delivery status and raise risks, issues, and blockers early with a recommended course of action.
  • Make the scope calls inside a release: decide what ships and what defers based on defect risk, client impact, and production readiness.

QA, UAT & Release

  • Set test scope, strategy, and entry and exit criteria with QA, and confirm coverage against the documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Run defect triage and prioritization, push fixes and retests, and track defect trends against the release date.
  • Plan and lead user acceptance testing with internal and client stakeholders and obtain UAT sign-off.
  • Own the product release plan with engineering and operations, including environment readiness, rollback, and go / no go criteria for putting the product into service.
  • Give the Head of Product Delivery a go or no go recommendation supported by test results, open defects, and known risk.
  • Support the project management organization on client deployments as the product authority, and lead the deployment directly when this team carries it.

Release & Deployment Support

  • Produce the release package the deployment teams work from: release notes, configuration and technical documentation, runbooks, and internal readiness sessions.
  • Hand the product to operations, support, and the project management organization with escalation paths, known issues, and supportability documentation.
  • Act as the product escalation point once deployments are in the field: answer design and configuration questions, and own resolution of product defects found during rollout.
  • Stay engaged through hypercare on the product side, working with operations and support until production issues and post-release fixes are closed.
  • Turn production performance, defect trends, and delivery lessons into roadmap direction and bring it back to the Head of Product Delivery, and manage delivery of enhancements, maintenance releases, and version upgrades.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on contact center technology experience across voice, email, chat, SMS, social, web, video, and mobile.
  • 5+ years in product delivery, delivery management, product ownership, or technical project management for software products.
  • Availability to work USA EST or CST working hours
  • Hands-on delivery or configuration experience on at least one major contact center platform: Genesys, NICE, Cisco, Avaya, Five9, Amazon Connect, or Twilio Flex.
  • Working knowledge of how contact center components fit together: ACD and routing, IVR and self-service, CTI and agent desktop, dialer and outbound, call recording, screen recording, quality management, workforce management, and reporting.
  • Experience with contact center integrations: CRM and ticketing, screen pop, APIs and webhooks, SIP and carrier connectivity, and reporting feeds.
  • Experience planning and executing production releases into live 24x7 customer-facing environments, including go-live, rollback, and go / no go decisions.
  • Working knowledge of QA practice: test strategy, defect triage and prioritization, release criteria, and UAT.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery, using Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment contact centers operate in, including PCI-DSS, TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, and call recording consent.
  • Prior experience reviewing and analyzing contact center solutions, and recommending design improvements and roadmap direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting to leadership and translating between business and technical audiences.
  • Sound judgment under pressure: able to weigh incomplete information and make a defensible call rather than escalate every decision.
  • Strong analytical skills and the discipline to track dependencies, defects, and commitments without losing sight of the release goal.
  • Takes accountability for delivery outcomes and product quality.
  • Effective in a fast-paced hybrid Agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • Builds durable working relationships across engineering, QA, operations, and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Delivery experience in a BPO or outsourced contact center environment, with multi-client and multi-site deployments.
  • Experience delivering AI and automation into a contact center: virtual agents, conversational IVR, agent assist, speech and text analytics, or intelligent routing.
  • Experience delivering CCaaS capabilities in a multi-tenant, cloud-native environment.
  • Prior time inside contact center operations, such as a supervisor or workforce role, alongside technology delivery.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, SAFe, or PMP, or a platform-specific contact center certification.

Product Senior Product Manager - Secrets Manager at Bitwarden

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Secrets Manager, a developer-facing product for managing machine credentials and API keys across CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Senior Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Bitwarden is the trusted identity security leader for millions of users worldwide, empowering enterprises, developers, and individuals to securely manage and share sensitive information anywhere. Bitwarden makes it easy for all users to extend robust security across their devices with password management, secrets management, and passwordless and passkey innovations. The company is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California with team members located across the globe. Learn more at bitwarden.com.

Machine identities now outnumber human ones in most enterprises, and the gap is widening as AI agents take on real work with real credentials. Bitwarden Secrets Manager is how developers and DevOps teams store, rotate, and deliver the machine credentials, API keys, and infrastructure secrets that keep their systems running. It sits at the center of a product line that spans developer secrets, privileged access, and the emerging category of agentic identity security.

This is an all-remote team and we’re looking for someone located in the U.S. with no preference for time zone. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.

THE ROLE

Bitwarden is looking for a technical Senior Product Manager to own Secrets Manager end to end. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a developer and DevOps-facing product used by engineering teams to manage secrets across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure-as-code workflows, and production services.

The category is being redrawn right now. AI agents are becoming first-class consumers of credentials, calling APIs, provisioning infrastructure, and acting on production systems at machine speed and machine volume. The controls built for service accounts and static API keys were not designed for consumers that spin up on demand, chain tool calls, and make decisions without a human in the loop. Answering that (how do you give a non-human consumer the right credential, for the right window, with a clean audit trail, and revoke it the moment it should not have it) is one of the defining identity security problems of the next few years. Bitwarden is investing across the portfolio to solve it, and Secrets Manager is where it lands first for developers. You will own that surface.

You will work customer-backwards. That means talking to developers and platform engineers, understanding how secrets actually move through their systems and how their agentic workloads are already reaching for credentials today, then turning what you learn into a roadmap that wins deals and retains customers. You will partner closely with a dedicated Senior Product Owner who runs the backlog and sprint delivery, which frees you to spend your time on strategy, discovery, positioning, and cross-product coordination.

You will also work in an AI-native way yourself. Our teams use AI tooling across research, spec writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping, and we expect you to push on where it helps and where it does not. Secrets Manager is a growth vector for Bitwarden’s broader identity security portfolio, so you will coordinate with our Private Access (PAM) and Agentic Innovation workstreams to keep the product line coherent as privileged access, machine identity, and agent access converge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the Secrets Manager roadmap and strategy: Define the vision, set quarterly commitments, and make the prioritization calls. You own the “what” and the “why,” and you are accountable for the outcomes.
  • Run continuous customer discovery: Talk to developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams regularly. Mine GitHub issues, community forums, closed-lost deal data, and support signals. Build a defensible point of view on what to build next and be able to show your work.
  • Write the documents that drive decisions: Produce PRDs, PR/FAQs, and strategy narratives that hold up under scrutiny from the executive leadership team. We work backwards from the customer problem and we write our thinking down. You will also present that thinking directly to executives, customers, and the board, so both the writing and the presenting need to be strong. These are core competencies of this role, not nice-to-haves.
  • Partner with your Product Owner: Hand off well-framed problems and let your PO own backlog quality, sprint planning, and delivery coordination. Stay close enough to unblock scoping decisions without taking the backlog back.
  • Own the developer experience across surfaces: SDKs, CLI, Kubernetes operator, Terraform provider, CI/CD integrations, and platform APIs. Decide which integrations matter, in what order, and what “good” looks like for each.
  • Deliver agentic credential access in Secrets Manager: Bitwarden’s agentic identity strategy spans password management, secrets, and privileged access, and is owned by a peer PM. You own how it shows up for developers: how agents authenticate, how credentials get scoped and time-bounded, and what the audit trail looks like when the actor is a model rather than a person. You will shape that strategy as the developer-surface owner and you are accountable for shipping it.
  • Partner on go-to-market: Work with product marketing, sales, and solutions engineering on positioning, competitive response, pricing and packaging input, and launch readiness. Be the person sales calls when a technical deal is on the line.
  • Measure outcomes, not output: Instrument the product. Track adoption, activation, integration usage, expansion, and retention. Use that data to kill things that are not working and double down on things that are.

WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN

  • Developer product experience: 5+ years in product management, with meaningful time spent owning a developer-facing, DevOps, or infrastructure product. You have shipped things developers chose to adopt, not things they were told to use.
  • Technical depth: You can read API documentation, SDK specs, and architecture diagrams and hold your own in a design discussion. Working familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code. You do not need to write production code, but you should be able to use the product the way a customer would.
  • Security-first orientation: Understanding of authentication, authorization, access policies, audit logging, and credential lifecycle. Secrets management, PAM, or identity background is a strong plus. Adjacent infrastructure experience is enough if the security instincts are there.
  • Strategic ownership: Demonstrated ownership of a roadmap where you made the hard calls, said no to real requests, and can explain the reasoning behind both. Comfort operating with a delivery partner rather than running the backlog yourself.
  • AI-native working style: Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, spec writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping (Anthropic Claude preferred), plus a point of view on what agentic workloads mean for credential security.
  • Strong communicator: Ability to write clearly and concisely for technical and executive audiences, and to collaborate directly with engineering leadership, product marketing, and sales.
  • Open source fluency: Comfort working in public. Our roadmap, our code, and our community conversations are visible, and that changes how you build.

WHY BITWARDEN?

Bitwarden has built something rare in tech: a mission-driven company that proves open-source transparency and enterprise-grade security are both compatible and a competitive necessity. Secrets Manager sits in a market that is expanding quickly, and you would be joining at the point where the product line, the strategy, and the team are all being defined. You will have real ownership, direct access to executive decision makers, and work that ships to millions of users worldwide.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Meeting with our Recruiting Manager
  • Interview with Director of New Products (hiring manager)
  • Interview with Director of Product Design
  • Interview with Chief Product Officer
  • Interview with Senior Manager, Product Owners
  • Interview with peer Senior and Principal Product Managers

A FEW REASONS TO WORK WITH US

  • Our user community loves us and we love them. Come to work each day with a sense of purpose as we bring a more secure internet experience to everyone from our friends and family to the world’s largest organizations.
  • Become an expert. You’ll get immersed in the prominent technology markets of security and open source software.
  • We are dedicated to building a diverse and talented team. Work remotely with motivated and supportive team members across the world.
  • Learn and grow. Take on new challenges with the support of your team.

In the United States, the starting base compensation range for this role is $165,000 - $200,000. Product Senior Product Manager at Focal Systems

Senior Product Manager owns data pipeline products at a retail AI company, collaborating across engineering, data science, and customer success to drive retailer decision-making.

Senior Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Type: Full-time, salaried employment

Location: Remote, United Kingdom only.

Salary Range: £90,000 - £105,000 + stock options.

Who We Are

Focal Systems is the industry leader in retail AI solutions. We are headquartered in San Francisco, California with operations in Canada and the UK, and a tech-hub in Poland. We are a Deep Learning first company. Our mission is to automate and optimize brick and mortar retail using deep learning computer vision. Focal Systems has been deployed at scale with some of the top retailers in the world.

We seek smart, creative and passionate people who want to help build a great and enduring company and deploy Deep Learning to the world!

What You Will Be Responsible For

As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of how data is processed at Focal, and shape what that path becomes: from the imports that bring a retailer’s planograms, inventory and store metadata into our platform, through the pipelines that turn them into signal, to the metrics and reports their head office acts on. You will work with data engineering, data scientists, analytics, customer success and the retailers themselves. What you build are data products, and the measure of one is what a retailer does differently because of it.

This is a hands-on role. You will set direction and priorities as we roll out to hundreds of new stores, but you are also expected to know the systems well enough to be a partner in an engineering design conversation, pull your own numbers when something looks wrong, and hold a strong position in the discussions with customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • You are a peer to the engineers you work with, someone who understands the systems well enough to know what is expensive and why and when to push back
  • You are drawn to the seams between teams, where ownership is shared and the hardest problems live
  • You write your own queries and interrogate the answers before anyone else has to, and you can name the business number a data product of yours moved
  • You can change your mind in a technical argument, and you can point to the time you did
  • You have strong judgment about what not to build, and you have killed your own work when it stopped earning its place
  • You use AI as part of how you actually work, and you have built things with it that other people went on to use, not demos you gave once
  • You communicate complicated things crisply to people who do not share your context, including customers hearing an answer they did not want
  • You build things that outlast you, whether runbooks, tooling or documented decisions, because you would rather remove yourself as a dependency than be indispensable

What You Will Do

  • Own product direction for the full data path, from how a retailer’s data arrives to what our reports say, and set the priorities where the two ends pull against each other
  • Own how customer data gets into Focal: imports, planograms, store metadata, cut-off configuration, and the chain-specific flows each retailer needs
  • Own what comes out and whether anyone acts on it: the metrics, the reporting APIs, the insight-generating agents, and the customer-facing dashboards a head office runs its week on
  • Run discovery with retailers and store colleagues, and turn what you learn into a product
  • Ship, then find out whether anyone used it, and act on the answer
  • Automate your own work with AI and share what you build with the rest of the product team

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 5+ years in product management, including real time on a technically deep product where you owned integrations, data, or both
  • Enough technical depth to reason about APIs, data pipelines and system boundaries, and to be an equal partner in an engineering discussion
  • Experience building for a hierarchy of users who need different things from the same data: a store manager, a regional director and a head of supply chain reading one dataset three ways, served by one configurable surface
  • Hands-on comfort with SQL and the ability to answer your own data questions
  • Fluency in the analytics and BI tooling landscape, and a view on what makes a dashboard worth returning to rather than merely correct
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap end to end, from problem definition through to something shipped and adopted
  • A track record of getting things done across teams, and the communication to influence engineering and commercial partners
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including holding a position they disagree with
  • Comfortable operating remote-first, across a distributed team
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for store and customer visits

What Would Set You Apart

  • Experience in working with high-volume, noisy sensor or computer-vision data
  • Experience with change data capture into a cloud warehouse (ideally Snowflake)
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features, including the call on when a model is good enough to ship

Senior Remote Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering physician-led, evidence-based care for obesity and related cardiometabolic conditions. Obesity affects more than 40% of U.S. adults, and as GLP-1 medications reshape the field, Obesity and Cardiometabolic Medicine is in a period of rapid growth and opportunity. Form Health is at the forefront of that shift, building a clinical model that combines rigorous, personalized medical care with the technology to make it accessible at scale.

Every Form Health patient works closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary Care Team, including board-certified physicians (many ABOM-certified, and endocrinologists), advanced practice providers, and Registered Dietitians who together deliver comprehensive, one-on-one treatment that includes nutrition, behavioral health, physical activity, and FDA-approved medication, if appropriate. Through our mobile app, patients engage in regular video visits along with text messaging, photo journaling, and personalized educational content. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of clinical care and to treating every individual with empathy and respect.

Founded in 2019, Form Health is a venture-backed, mission-driven company partnering with leading employers and health plans to expand access to high-quality, guideline-based obesity and cardiometabolic care nationwide. We’re deeply invested in our core value of putting patients first, and equally committed to building a culture where every employee is valued and we learn and grow together.

About the Role:

The Care Delivery team builds the tools that let our clinical team run a high-performing virtual practice — from prescribing and prior authorizations to the day-to-day workflows clinicians rely on to do their best work with patients. This role is highly visible within Form Health: the tools you ship directly shape how our clinical team practices and, downstream, how our patients experience care. We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely energized by hard, regulated, multi-stakeholder problems — with clinical, patient, payer, and operational constraints — as well as someone who uses AI as a real part of supercharging their work, rather than a buzzword on a resume.

This role will report to our Lead Product Manager for Care Delivery, with significant ownership from day one and plenty of room to help shape how the practice scales as the team grows. This role is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. ( Note: while not required, it is beneficial to be in or close to the Eastern Time zone given frequent collaboration with our Boston-based clinical and operations leaders)

What You Will Do:

  • Deeply understand Form Health’s clinical and business needs: identify and prioritize jobs-to-be-done using research and user feedback
  • Own key care delivery capabilities end-to-end — e.g., prescribing, prior authorizations, virtual visit workflows
  • Partner with clinical leadership to triage and prioritize incoming product requests, balancing clinical needs against broader roadmap priorities
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specs
  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to ship best-in-class tools for our clinical practice
  • Track key program and product metrics for your area, and report on progress and health to Form Health’s leadership team
  • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and  retrospectives to keep the team aligned and shipping
  • Partner with clinical education and enablement to roll out new features  smoothly — change management, communications, and training
  • Identify where AI and automation can responsibly reduce clinical or administrative burden (e.g., documentation, prior-auth workflows, care coordination), and partner with engineering to evaluate and ship those capabilities thoughtfully

About You:

  • 5+ years building enterprise experiences with complex workflows

  • Comfortable diving into technical problems — APIs, workflows spanning homegrown and third-party systems

  • Clear communicator cross-functionally in a remote-first environment

  • A track record that includes:

    • Evaluating third-party vendors and driving coordination across multiple systems
    • Defining where a product should go, rallying a team behind it, and delivering results iteratively
    • Owning a product area end-to-end — strategy and prioritization through rollout and adoption
  • Fluent in using AI as part of your own PM craft — drafting specs, synthesizing research, prototyping — and curious about where AI can responsibly augment clinical operations

  • Proactive ownership over your area of responsibility, with a strong sense of accountability and an execution-oriented mindset — comfortable applying structure to ambiguous situations in a fast-growing startup

  • Genuinely excited to make compassionate, evidence-based healthcare accessible — and energized, not deterred, by the complexity of a regulated, high-stakes domain

Preferred:

  • Understanding of healthcare, virtual care delivery, or health insurance
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features, ideally within a tech-enabled services organization
  • Prior experience in a startup and/or high growth environment

More about Form Health’s benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity in a high growth start-up
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401k program
  • Flexible work schedules and paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
