About FINN Partners

FINN Partners is a fast-growing, global independent marketing agency recognised for its bold ideas and collaborative spirit. Our expertise spans integrated marketing, media, and creative services, offering clients a unified team focused on business and brand growth. The Performance Media team leads performance strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, and audience insights, while the Brand Media team leads brand strategy across narrative and channel selection. The two teams build every media plan together, aligned to a single business outcome. Media joins client engagements at the earliest stages, working alongside strategy and creative to develop one integrated campaign.

Position Summary

As a Senior Media Planner, Brand, you will lead the development and execution of local, national and global brand media plans, owning your plans, measurement, reports, and recommendations from start to finish, with growing autonomy in client-facing strategy and vendor negotiations.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute brand channels including premium video, programmatic video and display (DSP), audio, OOH, and brand partnerships
  • Maintain working knowledge of paid social, paid search, and performance platforms to inform how brand strategy translates across the full media ecosystem, even where day-to-day execution sits with the Performance team

  • Manage billing alongside Media Planner/Associate Media Planner and Accounting counterparts
  • Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources
  • Foster partnerships with vendors and other third parties
  • Evaluate new media opportunities and develop points-of-view
  • Present media plans and strategic recommendations directly to clients, with Supervisor support on complex or sensitive accounts
  • Provide dotted-line guidance and day-to-day direction for Associate Media Planners, including quality review and feedback on their work, without formal performance management authority
  • Maintain daily pacing and budget tracking
  • Stay current on media trends and best practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–6 years of advertising or media agency experience
  • Strong math and analytical skills

  • Exceptional initiative and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under tight deadlines
  • Experience guiding or reviewing the work of junior planners a plus

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency with FINN’s reporting and dashboard platforms, including Ninjacat and Funnel, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools used across the agency, including Gemini, OpenAI, Copilot, and Claude, to support planning, research, and reporting workflows
  • Familiarity with audience research and competitive intelligence platforms such as GWI and MediaRadar, or similar tools

Marketing Senior Demand Generation Manager at DataGrail

Owns full demand generation pipeline including paid media campaigns, event strategy, and HubSpot systems to drive pipeline and measure marketing ROI.

Senior Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Opportunity:

Data privacy has become one of the most strategic challenges facing modern enterprises — sitting at the intersection of AI governance, data operations, and customer trust. As companies adopt AI at scale, they need new ways to automate privacy and manage risk without slowing innovation. DataGrail has launched the first agentic privacy platform, and we’re entering a pivotal phase of growth as we scale toward the next stage of the business.

As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own both halves of the pipeline engine: the campaigns that create demand, and the systems that capture, route, score, and measure it. You’ll lead paid media across channels like Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube and drive the event calendar, including trade shows, webinars, and executive roundtables. You’ll shape HubSpot as an architect, not just a user, and build the reporting that tells our leadership team whether any of it worked. This isn’t a blank slate: paid channels are already live with an agency in place, the event calendar is established, and HubSpot and attribution already exist. You’re inheriting a functioning engine, with plenty of authority to make it even stronger.

It’s a small team with a large surface area, so roughly two thirds of your time goes toward driving demand through campaign strategy, paid media, and events, and the other third goes toward building the systems that make that demand measurable and repeatable through HubSpot architecture, lifecycle programs, and attribution. In this role, one person connects both sides of the engine, creating a much tighter link between what we invest, what we learn, and what ultimately produces pipeline.

You’ll have real authority to change what isn’t working from day one, and on a team this size, a fix you make on Tuesday can be live by Friday. By the end of the year, you’ll be the person leadership trusts for a straight answer on whether campaigns and events are actually working.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate GTM priorities, ICP definitions, and quarterly pipeline targets into integrated campaigns across paid, events, and email, then build and ship them yourself.
  • Own paid media end to end, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube while partnering with our agency on execution.
  • Drive the event calendar, including trade shows, webinars, and executive roundtables, sharpening targeting and follow-through while focusing investment on what delivers results.
  • Carry a quarterly qualified-pipeline number and defend coverage, quality, and conversion with sales leadership, not just volume.
  • Architect HubSpot as an owner, managing workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign objects, and the Salesforce sync.
  • Build and defend the metrics that matter, including CPL, cost per qualified opportunity, event-sourced pipeline, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps internally, and agencies, venues, and sponsors externally, to run multiple concurrent campaigns and events without dropping a thread.

What You’ll Bring

  • A track record of hands-on HubSpot ownership, having personally architected and administered an instance, including workflows, lifecycle, scoring, campaigns, and the Salesforce sync.
  • Direct paid media execution, with hands-on experience building, optimizing, and pacing campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, not just briefing an agency.
  • Salesforce fluency, with the ability to navigate objects, fields, and reports and reason about how marketing data lands in the CRM and why it breaks.
  • B2B SaaS demand generation experience, ideally within a considered, multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
  • Experience owning event strategy and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and executive-level programs like roundtables or dinners.
  • Comfort owning a function end to end, balancing strategy with hands-on execution in an individual contributor role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively  manage internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in privacy, data governance, security, compliance, or another regulated, technical software category.
  • Marketo or Pardot experience alongside HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing or intent-data tools.
  • Comfort using AI to speed up operational work, such as campaign QA, data hygiene, or reporting synthesis.
  • Experience being the first or founding owner of a demand gen or marketing ops function, from the ground up with hands-on responsibility for building and scaling it.

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 Days You’ll:

  • Learn DataGrail’s product, buyer personas, and ICP quickly enough to start contributing, not just observing, and meet the marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success teams to understand what’s running and where the friction is.
  • Take full ownership of the paid channels and the agency relationship, and identify specific over- or under-spending by channel.
  • Drive the event calendar and process, and produce a keep, fix, or cut recommendation for each program.
  • Audit HubSpot and existing reporting, and deliver a written list of what’s fragile, missing, or misleading in current attribution and lifecycle reporting.
  • Ship at least one visible fix to a live, underperforming channel or process

Within 180 Days You’ll:

  • Show measurable improvement, with before and after comparisons, on two to three of the biggest inefficiencies identified in the 90-day audit, whether that’s rebalanced paid spend, improved event-to-pipeline conversion, or cleaner attribution.
  • Run paid media and events with full autonomy, proposing and executing budget and calendar changes without waiting on sign-off.
  • Ship at least three new or rebuilt nurture and re-engagement tracks, with early performance data on each.
  • Rebuild or upgrade the dashboards used for weekly pipeline calls.
  • Build a working rhythm with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing so hand-offs, routing, and lead flow don’t require chasing people down.

Within 365 Days You’ll:

  • Own a program for paid media, events, and HubSpot that runs noticeably better than the one you inherited, with clear before and after numbers on channel efficiency and cost per qualified opportunity.
  • Be the person others trust when they want to know how well our campaigns and events are actually performing.
  • Have made real budget and channel calls, moving spend into what works and cutting what doesn’t, with pipeline impact you can point to.
  • Have built a foundation that doesn’t need rebuilding when volume doubles.
  • Have identified where the team needs more support, whether that’s tooling, headcount, or an agency change, and made the case for it.

Please note that the base compensation range below is a guideline and the final compensation will be based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Our compensation ranges apply to all US-based job postings regardless of state.

All full-time regular employees are eligible for equity, health, dental & vision insurance plans, remote-first working environment, 401k savings plan, parental leave, wellness benefits, flexible time off, paid holidays, and a work from home stipend. Benefits are subject to change.

Compensation Range

$140,000—$165,000 USD

What this role involves

Job Title: Senior Marketing Operations Manager

About Us:

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. We strive to push the boundaries of what a user can expect from healthcare software.

We are looking for a data-driven, systems-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our RevOps Team and work closely with go to market Leadership. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in HubSpot, understands how to architect full-funnel marketing-to-sales workflows, and has experience managing a modern martech stack. You should be comfortable owning everything from pipeline infrastructure and reporting to tool integrations and AI-driven optimizations.

This is Prompt’s first dedicated operations hire to work primarily in marketing. You’re deciding what the system looks like, with a marketing leader and a RevOps team who already know what they want and will get out of your way.

Responsibilities:

Funnel Performance & Conversion Optimization

  • Identify opportunities and leaks within the funnel to drive more demos, increase arrival rate, and accelerate sales cycles and velocity (CRO)

  • Report on and analyze results of A/B testing, CRO experiments, and campaign optimizations.

Reporting & Attribution

  • Build and maintain attribution reporting to track campaign & event effectiveness, pipeline influence, and ROI across channels and stages of the buyer journey.

  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports in HubSpot for marketing KPIs, pipeline attribution, and campaign performance.

  • Provide actionable insights and educate teams on how to interpret and apply the data to improve performance and decision making.

Website & Search Performance

  • Technical SEO knowledge and AEO support

  • Partner with development teams to monitor and maintain Google Search Console and address website crawlability and indexing issues.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations

  • Partner with creative teams to manage email template builds and ensure email systems in HubSpot are scalable and compliant.

  • Build custom workflows and automations in HubSpot to support lead nurturing, sales alerts, lifecycle updates, and campaign triggers.

  • Oversee the marketing team’s use of Asana, ensuring campaigns are well-tracked and deadlines are met.

CRM Architecture & Data Integrity

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to build and maintain the full lead-to-revenue pipeline in HubSpot

  • Contact enrichment, lead quality and scoring, and regular pipeline and overall maintenance of CRM

Martech Stack & Integrations

  • Manage integrations across marketing and sales tools including HubSpot, Slack, Walnut, and others to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Evaluate and implement new martech, including AI tools, ABM platforms, and website heatmap technology (e.g. Decibel by Medallia).

  • Stay up to date with the latest capabilities in HubSpot, analytics platforms, AI, and digital marketing tools to suggest operational improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with hands-on ownership of HubSpot marketing and CRM features.

  • You operate AI-first. You’ve connected LLMs to your stack (Claude MCP, HubSpot AI, or equivalent) and built workflows that run without you for marketing automation, pipeline prediction, and analytics.

  • Proven experience managing marketing-to-sales handoff workflows, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and campaign attribution.

  • Experience supporting both sales-led and product-led growth models, with a strong focus on building marketing reporting infrastructure that measures funnel performance, attribution, and conversion across both motions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain integrations between marketing, CRM, and enablement platforms.

  • Experience creating documentation and playbooks for internal marketing workflows and tools.

  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, especially across email, paid media, and content channels.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and lead attribution modeling.

  • Experience managing marketing campaign projects in Asana or similar tools.

  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Certifications in the following are strongly preferred:

    • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (or HubSpot Operations/Reporting certifications)

    • Google Analytics Certification (GA4) via Skillshop

    • Google Ads Search Certification

    • Any AI-related certifications (e.g., from HubSpot AI Academy, Google AI/ML, or similar) are a plus

Preferred (nice-to-have) qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or RollWorks.

  • Hands-on experience with website behavior tracking tools such as Decibel, Hotjar, or similar.

  • Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for reviewing email and landing page builds.

  • Understanding of paid ad platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.

  • Exposure to Twilio, Gong, and Slack integrations in a marketing context.

  • Asana Ambassador Certification (or demonstrated expertise managing large projects in Asana)

  • Meta Blueprint Certification (for Facebook/Instagram ads management)

  • LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certification (for LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

Perks - What you can expect:

  • Competitive salaries

  • Remote/hybrid environment

  • Potential equity compensation for outstanding performance

Marketing Senior Demand Generation Manager at DataGrail

Owns full demand generation pipeline including paid media campaigns across Google/LinkedIn/YouTube, event strategy, HubSpot architecture, and attribution reporting to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Marketing Senior Google Ads Buyer, DTC eCommerce (Remote) at Sweat Pants Agency

Senior paid media strategist manages Google Ads accounts end-to-end for DTC eCommerce brands, owning the full funnel from feed optimization to conversion tracking and proving incremental business impact.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Everyone can run a search campaign. Almost nobody can tell you whether it worked.

That is the whole job.

Google will happily show you a 6x ROAS built almost entirely out of people who already knew your client’s name. It will auto apply assets you did not ask for. It will report a number that makes a client feel great and tells you nothing about whether you grew the business.

So we do not hire people to manage Google Ads. We hire marketers who can tell the difference between demand they created and demand they harvested, and who can prove it to a client’s face.

At Sweat Pants Agency we work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, 20 to 25 of them on paid media. We spend $6 to $9M a month on Meta and $1 to $2M a month on Google. We are the only agency behind two INC #1 fastest growing brands, both from zero.

Google is where we are putting our next round of growth. You would own a set of those accounts end to end.

Here is what “end to end” actually means.

You are the account manager. We do not have any. You talk to the client directly. You write the updates, you run the calls, and you defend the call you made. The reason we do it this way is ownership. When you are the person answering for the account, it is your result, not somebody else’s summary of your result.

You own the whole funnel, not the campaign. Feed and Merchant Center, search and Shopping and PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, the landing page, and the conversion tracking underneath all of it. If the feed is why Shopping is starving, that is yours. If the page is why the clicks do not convert, that is yours too. Our team ships advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs in Claude Code, deploys them to Vercel, points a subdomain at them, and tests them live before anything touches the client’s Shopify theme.

You are expected to have an opinion about attribution and to defend it. We optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not blended and not last click. We have turned brand search off to see what actually shifts to organic. We run geo holdouts. If a campaign is not incremental, we would rather know than keep the number.

You can live anywhere. We are remote and we hire worldwide. The one hard requirement is that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours, because you are the client’s point of contact and there is nobody else to cover it. The rest of your day is yours. Nobody here is on a time clock. We judge you on output.

If you want a lane, a ticket queue, and a scope document, this is a bad fit and we will both know it fast.

If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on whether the number moved, keep reading.

What the job looks like

  • Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
  • Own the client relationship. There is no account manager between you and them. You present the results, the plan, and the reasoning, and you are the one who answers when something is not working.
  • Audit before you touch anything. Every account we take over gets a real review first: campaign and ad group structure, keywords versus search terms, negatives, bidding strategy per campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking. Then a Loom walking the client through what you found. That Loom is how we sell and it is how we keep people.
  • Run brand and non brand as different businesses. Brand is mostly assisted conversion and it usually belongs on target impression share, not target CPA. Non brand is where the growth is and where the waste is. Report them separately or you are reporting nothing.
  • Know what PMax is actually doing. The most common mistake we see is optimizing PMax against an incremental CAC when half the volume inside it is branded. If you cannot separate those two, you cannot set a target.
  • Keep Google’s automation on a leash. Auto applied recommendations, auto applied assets, and auto created sitelinks have cost our clients real money. We audit for them on a schedule.
  • Own the feed. Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions, and what the feed does to Shopping and PMax delivery.
  • Own the tracking. GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports versus a raw Google Ads tag, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports for the lead gen accounts. When the numbers do not reconcile, you are the one who finds out why.
  • Diagnose the bottleneck, then go fix it. Creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking. Nobody is going to reassign it to another team.
  • Build the things the account needs. Landing pages, scripts, reporting, whatever removes the constraint. We are heavy AI users and we expect you to build, not just prompt.

You are a fit if

  • You have done this with real money. Hands on Google Ads at meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them. Shopping and PMax specifically, not just search.
  • You are fluent in the whole stack, not one campaign type. Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM. Bing is a nice to have.
  • You are AI native, and you build. This is a requirement, not a bonus. You should already be using Claude or equivalent as a working tool rather than a novelty, and you should be able to build and ship a landing page with it.
  • You can communicate your ideas in English at a native or near native level. You will be in front of clients constantly with nobody in between. You need to explain your thinking clearly, sell an idea on its merits, push back when a client is about to force the account into mediocrity, and raise a problem before it becomes a fire. This matters as much as anything else on this list.
  • You are skeptical of your own numbers. You would rather run the holdout than protect the dashboard.
  • You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls. Where you live is up to you.
  • Bonus: you have built or operated your own Shopify store, or you have run Meta at spend too.

You are not a fit if

  • “That was not my role” is in your vocabulary. It is the fastest way to end an interview here. If the feed was the problem on an account you ran, you should have done something about the feed.
  • You want to be told what to do this week.
  • You need a ticketing system to know what matters.
  • You quote blended ROAS as if it settles the question.

Why this role is exciting

This is not a maintenance job. Google is where we are putting our next round of growth, and you would have real influence over how we run it.

You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale.

You get trust on day one. You get a lot of autonomy. Some people thrive with it. You will get feedback fast either way, and if you make it through the first 30 days you will probably be here for a long time. Our retention on this team is very good and that is not an accident.

You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.

Marketing Senior Google Ads Buyer, DTC eCommerce (Remote) at Sweat Pants Agency

Senior paid media buyer manages Google Ads accounts end-to-end for DTC eCommerce brands, optimizing campaigns, tracking attribution, and owning client relationships.

Marketing Head of Paid Social, Insurance at Launch Potato

Owns end-to-end paid social strategy for auto insurance, managing Meta and TikTok budgets, creative testing, and margin optimization to drive 2.5x channel growth.

Senior Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

WHO ARE WE?

Launch Potato is the discovery and conversion company. We reach tens of millions of people every month through our brands, including FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState. We turn that attention into real outcomes for our partners, some of the world’s leading companies.

Our mission: create predictable, high-value customer acquisition at scale by connecting discovery, intent, and performance across category-leading consumer brands in finance, travel, and entertainment.

We run profitable and bootstrapped, with a South Florida HQ and a remote-first team across 18 countries.

WHY JOIN US?

You own outcomes here, not tasks. We measure work by impact, not activity. The pace is real, and change is constant, so the people who do best turn change into opportunity instead of waiting for it to settle. Feedback runs direct and lands with respect. Ordinary people make themselves extraordinary at Launch Potato.

Auto insurance on paid social is one of our highest-potential channels and you would  own it end to end taking it to the next level.

This is a hands-on seat. You are in Ads Manager daily, pulling your own numbers, setting the testing agenda with the creative team, and staying with a test through launch, read, and post-mortem. If you are looking to hand a strategy deck to someone else to execute, this is not it.

The honest trade: the channel has proven scale and a real ceiling. Creative fatigues fast, attribution is noisy, and regulation reshapes what you can say and where you can send traffic. Those problems are yours. Nobody is going to solve them above you.

Why This Seat

You own a vertical, not a slice. Meta and TikTok spend for auto insurance, end to end, from budget and bid strategy to the creative roadmap to live margin performance. One owner, and it is you.

Margin is the metric. Not impressions, not a ROAS number handed down without context. You decide when to push into a lower ROAS for contribution dollars and when to pull back, and you are trusted to make that call.

The mandate is scale, not maintenance. The plan is to grow this channel to roughly 2.5x its current monthly spend without giving up margin. That is the job. If you want a channel that is already solved, this is the wrong one.

The interesting part is unsolved. Creative fatigue cycles, attribution noise, and compliance constraints on a vertical with real headroom. You will not be maintaining someone else’s playbook. You will be writing the one the rest of the team runs.

Short line to the people who decide. You work directly with the Senior Director who owns paid marketing, the GM of Auto Insurance, compliance, and product. No layers to route a recommendation through.

Profitable and bootstrapped. Spend decisions here get made on margin, not against a burn plan set by someone else’s timeline.

What You’ll Bring

  • Paid social bought at scale in performance marketing, affiliate, or leadgen. Not brand work and not agency-of-record media planning.
  • Deep hands-on Meta expertise: campaign structure, bid and budget strategy, audience and placement testing, and diagnosing a performance shift caused by a platform or attribution change rather than by your campaigns.
  • Real TikTok scale, not test budgets. You have managed meaningful spend through allowlisting, vertical restrictions, and landing page requirements.
  • Direct accountability for CPA, ROAS, or contribution margin on monthly spend of $250,000 or more.
  • Experience in a compliance-heavy vertical such as insurance, lending, credit, or health, where creative and landing page claims are constrained.
  • Fluency with tracking and attribution: pixel and server-side event setup, postbacks, conversion QA, and the judgment to spot when the data is lying to you.
  • Four or more years in a hands-on, in-the-weeds buying role with direct margin accountability.

How we work, and what we look for in how you work:

  • Focus and Win. You start from the P&L and the metric, not the tactic, and you are relentless about why performance moved. You do not stop at the first explanation.
  • Better Every Day. You seek feedback and turn it into visible change, and you write down what you learn so the next buyer does not relearn it.
  • Stronger Together. You brief the creative team clearly, give specific feedback, and treat them as partners in the testing agenda rather than a request queue. You surface a problem early with a recommendation attached instead of waiting to be asked.
  • Embrace Change. When a platform policy or a compliance constraint moves, you find the compliant path to scale rather than stopping at no.

Nice to Have

What You’ll Own

  • Meta and TikTok spend for auto insurance, end to end, with measurable margin impact. You have a teammate on the buying team who can support execution when volume calls for it, and the ownership stays with you.
  • Pacing and margin targets, including the judgment call on when lower ROAS is the right trade for contribution dollars.
  • The creative testing roadmap, built with the Creative Strategist and the creative team and turned into shipped concepts at high velocity.
  • A documented, repeatable playbook other buyers on the team can run.
  • Direct relationships with Meta and TikTok reps, and the allowlisting, beta access, and escalation paths a restricted vertical depends on.
  • The working partnership with the GM of Auto Insurance, compliance, and product on funnel, landing page, and offer strategy.

What Great Looks Like

By the end of your first year:

  • Auto insurance paid social hits its margin and pacing targets consistently, and you can explain every miss without being asked.
  • Monthly spend is materially higher than when you started, and margin held.
  • Creative test velocity is up and the win rate is better, because the roadmap is deliberate instead of reactive.
  • Your testing playbook is in use by other buyers on the team.
  • Meta and TikTok reps take your call, and you have unlocked at least one thing for this vertical that the team did not have access to before.
  • Compliance and product treat you as a partner on funnel and offer strategy rather than as a request coming in.

This Isn’t the Right Seat If You

  • Want to set strategy and hand execution to someone else. This role is in the account daily.
  • Have only bought inside an agency with no accountability for margin or profit.
  • Need a stable platform environment. Policy, creative fatigue, and attribution all shift here, sometimes in the same week.
  • Treat compliance as the reason something cannot be done rather than a constraint to solve within.
  • Prefer to work a problem quietly and present a finished answer. We would rather hear it early and rough.
