Benesch is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. We enhance infrastructure and communities across the country – creating spaces and providing connections in ways that make a difference.

We pride ourselves on being nimble enough to remain responsive to client needs yet large enough to offer exceptional bench strength. As a member of our team, you’ll have an opportunity to draw from those resources when you need them and, likewise, contribute your expertise when you have something to share.

At Benesch, we are looking for candidates with varied backgrounds and worldviews. We are committed to offering an inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Statistics show that women and underrepresented groups are less likely to apply for a position if they don’t meet 100% of the qualifications. If this statement resonates with you, don’t be so hard on yourself—apply for the job!

Communications Director

Benesch is seeking a Communications Director to lead our company-wide communications strategy and strengthen how we connect with employees, clients, industry partners, and communities. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping Benesch’s voice, messaging, and brand across internal and external communications, thought leadership, digital channels, social media, and the Benesch website.

The ideal candidate is a strategic communications leader and exceptional storyteller who can translate complex business, technical, and strategic topics into clear, compelling communications. This individual will serve as a trusted communications advisor to executive leadership and leaders across Benesch while leading a talented communications team and partnering closely with technical experts, business leaders, and other internal teams.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping Benesch’s reputation, strengthening our presence within the AEC industry, and telling the story of our people, projects, culture, and employee ownership.

Location

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from any Benesch office location. Fully remote arrangements may be considered for candidates who are not located near a Benesch office.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Develop and lead an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with Benesch’s business objectives, strategic priorities, and brand.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Benesch’s reputation, visibility, and market position within the AEC industry and the communities we serve.
  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership and leaders across the organization.
  • Lead stewardship of the Benesch brand and ensure consistent application and continued evolution of our visual identity, voice, and messaging.
  • Lead the strategy and ongoing development of Benesch’s website, digital communications channels, and social media presence.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies that strengthen employees’ understanding of Benesch’s strategy, business performance, culture, employee ownership, and company initiatives.
  • Oversee internal company-wide communications and develop effective strategies for reaching employees across offices, disciplines, and geographies.
  • Partner with executive leadership and internal teams on communications related to company initiatives, organizational changes, employee programs, culture, and other key business priorities.
  • Partner with technical experts and business leaders to develop compelling thought leadership content that demonstrates Benesch’s expertise and strengthens our position within the markets we serve.
  • Lead media relations and identify opportunities to increase Benesch’s visibility through industry publications, conferences, digital channels, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee website content, messaging, user experience, and ongoing content strategy in partnership with internal and external technical resources.
  • Ensure communications campaigns are coordinated across internal communications, external communications, digital platforms, social media, and other channels.
  • Identify emerging digital platforms, tools, technologies, and communications practices that can strengthen Benesch’s ability to reach and engage key audiences.
  • Establish measures of effectiveness and leverage communications and digital analytics to evaluate performance and continuously improve strategies and programs.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor communications team members while coordinating specialized work across marketing managers, specialists, coordinators, and external partners.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement across the communications function.
  • Represent Benesch and the Communications team in industry events, professional organizations, conferences, and other external engagements as appropriate.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies across internal and external audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex business, technical, and strategic topics into clear and compelling communications.
  • Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and senior business leaders on strategic communications.
  • Experience leading and developing communications or marketing professionals and coordinating specialized teams or external partners.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, reputation management, and integrated marketing communications.

Marketing Director of Product Marketing at Pair Team

Directs product marketing strategy to connect Pair Team's healthcare platform with patients, owning messaging, positioning, and patient-facing experiences across Medicaid and Medicare services.

Lead Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Pair Team

Pair Team is a public benefit company reimagining care for the safety net. As an AI-enabled medical group for Medicaid and Medicare, we deliver medical, behavioral, and social care by integrating shelters, pantries and other community-based organizations into our whole-person model. As California’s largest complex care provider, we’ve proven our impact to reduce avoidable emergency care, including a 52% and 26% reduction in ER visits and hospitalizations respectively. Once scaled nationally, our approach would save tax payers $150B per year.

With our years of experience and vast data collected, we are now building an AI platform that embeds social work agents across the safety net to truly unify our fragmented healthcare and welfare system. By scaling our country’s frontline medical and social services workforce, we aim to bring high-touch care to everyone.

At Pair Team, we’re not just delivering care—we’re transforming it. We’re building a future where high-touch, community-driven care is accessible to everyone, especially the most underserved.

  • Forbes: For Pair Team, Accessibility Is About Delivering Healthcare To Those Who Need It The Most
  • TechCrunch: Building for Medicaid’s regulatory moment with Neil Batlivala from Pair Team
  • Journal of General Internal Medicine: A Novel Intervention for Medicaid Beneficiaries with Complex Needs

About the Opportunity

As Director of Product Marketing, you will own how Pair Team connects its product to the people we serve. You sit at the intersection of product, growth, and the patient across our service lines and programs within Medicaid and Medicare and you own the work that turns a powerful care platform into patients who enroll, engage, and stay. You are the voice of the patient inside the company and the voice of the product in the market.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the craft and the evidence behind it. You will build a deep, research-backed understanding of who our patients are and what they need, translate it into sharp positioning and messaging, and turn that into the welcome, onboarding, and lifecycle experiences that drive activation and retention. You will own the message architecture that our paid media, brand, care teams, and AI care advocate all draw from, and you will raise the bar on every patient-facing touchpoint.

You will be the two-way bridge between product and patient, translating what we build into language that resonates, and carrying patient insight and friction back into the roadmap so that we build the right things. You will partner closely with Product and Growth on go-to-market for new features and service lines, with Performance Marketing and Brand & Creative on the positioning and creative that lift conversion and lower acquisition cost, and with Clinical and Operations on patient experience and satisfaction. You will protect compliance and patient trust at every step.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the SVP of Growth & Marketing.

What You’ll Do

Patient & Market Insight

  • Build a deep, continuously refreshed understanding of our patients and members across Medicaid and Medicare — who they are, what they need, and what moves them to enroll, engage, and stay.
  • Own audience segmentation and voice-of-patient research, both qualitative and quantitative, and synthesize it into clear, actionable insight the whole company can use.
  • Track the competitive and category landscape and translate it into how we position and differentiate.

Positioning, Messaging & Narrative

  • Own Pair Team’s patient-facing positioning and value propositions across service lines, and the message architecture that paid media, brand, the care team, and our AI care advocate all draw from as a single source of truth.
  • Craft messaging that resonates with real people — clear, human, and tested — and the narratives that make Pair Team easy to choose and easy to trust.
  • Develop messaging and packaging for new audiences, programs, and markets as we expand.

Patient Experience & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own and elevate the patient journey end to end — welcome kits, onboarding, after-visit communications, and re-engagement — so more patients activate and stay engaged.
  • Design lifecycle and member-communication programs across channels, partnering with Care and Operations to make every touchpoint feel personal and supportive.
  • Treat activation and retention as products to be improved, not one-off campaigns to be run.

Product Partnership & Go-to-Market

  • Serve as the two-way bridge between product and patient: translate Flora (our AI care advocate), Arc, and patient-facing experiences into clear patient language and assets.
  • Carry patient insight, objections, and friction back into the product roadmap so we build what patients actually need.
  • Lead go-to-market for new patient-facing features and service-line launches, end to end.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and Brand & Creative to lift conversion across the funnel — landing pages, intake flows, creative, social proof, and bilingual experiences.
  • Run message and creative testing with statistical discipline, and define how product marketing’s impact is measured across conversion, activation, retention, and message performance.
  • Build the feedback loops that turn results into sharper messaging, better experiences, and clearer roadmap signal.

What You’ll Need

  • 6+ years in product or lifecycle marketing, including direct ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for a product or service.
  • A proven track record of turning customer or audience insight into positioning and messaging that measurably moved conversion, activation, or retention.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills — audience research, segmentation, and message testing — and the ability to synthesize them into a clear narrative.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling; you can make complex things simple and write for real people, not just buyers.
  • Experience partnering closely with product and design to shape a roadmap and launch new features or experiences.
  • Comfort with data and measurement — funnel metrics, A/B testing, and cohort and retention thinking — and fluency partnering with analytics.
  • Experience operating in early-stage, high-growth environments with high ambiguity, minimal process, and direct accountability for outcomes.
  • A systems mindset — you improve outcomes with better research, messaging, and repeatable workflows, not just more output.
  • Deep alignment with Pair Team’s mission and a commitment to advancing equitable care for underserved communities.

Bonus Points for any of the following:

  • Consumer or direct-to-patient lifecycle marketing experience (welcome, onboarding, retention).
  • Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, or other regulated-industry experience, with working knowledge of HIPAA and patient-outreach best practices.
  • Experience marketing AI or technology products, especially to non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) or experience marketing to bilingual and multicultural audiences.

Our Values

Lead with integrity: We keep our commitments and take responsibility for our actions. We are dependable and choose authenticity over perfection.

Embrace challenges: We leave our egos at the door and step forward into discomfort instead of back into safety. We help each other to learn and provide feedback using candor and kindness.

Break through walls: We go the extra mile for our patients, partners and one another, and we run toward hard things. We are resilient in our push for consistent improvement and challenge the status quo.

Act beyond yourself: We build each other up and respect boundaries. We seek first to understand and assume positive intent.

Care comes first: We hold ourselves to the highest standards for our patients. We are relentless in the pursuit of our mission, and ensure that we are taking care of ourselves in order to care for others.

Because We Value You

  • Competitive salary: $180,000 - $200,000
  • Equity compensation package
  • Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • 100% company-sponsored short and long-term disability and life insurance
  • Subsidized backup childcare and caregiver supports through Wellthy
  • Work entirely from the comfort of your own home
  • Monthly $100 work from home expense stipend
  • We provide the equipment needed for the role
  • Opportunity for rapid career progression with plenty of room for personal growth!

Pair Team is an Equal Opportunity Employer. At Pair Team, we value diversity and strive to provide an inclusive environment for all applicants and employees. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, marital status, age, disability, political affiliation, military service, genetic information, or any other characteristic covered by federal, state, or local law.

Pair Team participates in E-Verify to verify employment eligibility for new hires.

Any offer of employment at Pair Team is conditioned upon passing a pre-employment background check.

Marketing Director, Enterprise Product Marketing at Toast

Director leads enterprise product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market campaigns for large hospitality operators while managing a team and coordinating cross-functional product launches.

Lead Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Toast builds technology that helps restaurants, hotels, and hospitality brands run more efficiently, grow revenue, and deliver great guest experiences. Enterprise, which consists of the world’s largest hospitality brands across restaurants, hotels, entertainment, and institutional foodservice, is one of our biggest growth opportunities, and how we tell our product story to that audience is critical to our segment success. Product Marketing at Toast sits between Product, Sales, Brand, and Marketing, shaping how we bring products and platform innovation to market. We’re hiring a Director to lead that work for Enterprise: go-to-market and go-to-customer strategy for our full product suite, including newer AI-driven capabilities, tailored to how large hospitality operators actually buy and evaluate technology.

You’ll report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, build out the team, and work closely with Enterprise Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll also spend real time with PMM peers across our other business verticals. Enterprise needs its own story and strategy while remaining cohesive with the broader business.

A day in the life (Responsibilities)

  • Set positioning, personas and messaging for Enterprise segments: what makes Toast the right platform for large, multi-location and multi-brand operators, and why
  • Work with Enterprise Product leadership to feed customer and market insight back into roadmap and long-term strategy
  • Run point on product launches for the Enterprise segment, from early planning through go-to-market
  • Weigh in on pricing and packaging with Pricing, Product, and Finance, grounded in what we’re hearing from customers about willingness to pay and deal dynamics
  • Plan campaigns with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Content that drive real Enterprise pipeline
  • Build out the customer stories and proof points that carry weight in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Create the sales  tools reps and pre-sales engineers need, including pitch decks, ROI/business cases, objection handling, and competitive battlecards, and run the training and enablement sessions that make sure those tools actually get used well in the field and stay close to performance in the field to understand what is landing
  • Hire and grow the Enterprise PMM team as the business scales
  • Coordinate with PMM leads on other verticals so Enterprise product strategy and positioning doesn’t drift from the broader Toast strategy
  • Represent Enterprise product strategy externally with customers, analysts, at industry events
  • Keep a scorecard on what’s working: pipeline influence, win rate, sales cycle length

What you’ll need to thrive (Requirements)

  • 8+ years in product marketing, most of it in enterprise or complex B2B settings
  • Experience building and growing a team. You’ll inherit a small one and be expected to scale it
  • A track record of owning GTM/GTC strategy for a broad product line or platform, not just a single product
  • Comfort working long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles alongside sales teams
  • Experience shaping pricing or packaging decisions using customer and market input
  • Experience running sales enablement and training, not just producing collateral
  • Working knowledge of how enterprise software gets built and integrated (APIs, data, systems architecture) so you can speak credibly to technical buyers and partner effectively with engineering
  • Genuinely AI-native. You default to asking “could AI do this better” before defaulting to how things have always been done, and you have a track record of using AI to displace slow or manual processes, not just layering it on top of existing workflows
  • Strong writing and speaking skills. This role will be in front of executives and customers regularly
  • Ability to turn research and customer insight into actual GTM strategy, not just decks
  • A data-driven bias. You should be able to show how your work moved pipeline or revenue

Nice to have

  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or vertical SaaS (POS, payments, back-office, labor management)
  • Experience marketing AI-driven or platform products
  • Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-location enterprise buyers, whether in hospitality, retail, or elsewhere

Marketing Influencer Marketing Lead at Wix

Builds and scales Base44's creator partnership program by identifying aligned influencers, developing authentic collaborations across platforms, and turning creator relationships into a core growth channel.

Lead Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Description

Base44 is building a new way for people to create software, and we believe creators will be one of the biggest forces shaping how the world discovers what we’re building.

We’re looking for someone who is deeply plugged into the creator ecosystem. Someone who understands internet culture, knows the right creators before everyone else does, has strong instincts for what resonates, and naturally knows how to connect products with the voices people genuinely trust.

This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.

We’re not looking for someone to manage a few partnerships or run predictable campaigns. We want to build a creator engine around Base44, and we need someone who knows how to bring together the right people, build authentic relationships at scale, and turn creator partnerships into one of our strongest growth channels.

You should genuinely be part of this world. You know what is trending, who people pay attention to, what feels authentic, and how to identify creators that can make technical products feel exciting and accessible.

At the same time, you know how to build structure around it, creating a program that scales, learning fast from what works, and building something much bigger than one-off campaigns.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Build and lead Base44’s creator ecosystem from the ground up, helping define how creators become one of our main growth channels and how the world discovers what we’re building.
  • Identify and build relationships with creators who genuinely align with Base44’s product, audience, and brand, including creators that may not be obvious fits at first glance.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the creator landscape to spot emerging voices, cultural trends, and communities that can help shape how Base44 shows up online.
  • Build authentic partnerships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, creating a strong network around the product.
  • Work closely with creators to help shape content that feels authentic to their audience while maximizing reach, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Bring a strong understanding of internet culture and creator dynamics to identify the creators, content formats, and narratives that can make a technical product resonate with the right audience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to connect creator activity with product launches, new features, and strategic company moments.
  • Build and continuously refine a scalable creator program that allows Base44 to grow creator partnerships in a repeatable and sustainable way.
  • Measure what works, learn quickly, and continuously improve how creator partnerships translate into awareness, engagement, and product adoption.

Qualifications

  • Hands on experience working in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup
  • Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, content performance metrics, and what “scale” actually looks like
  • Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously - not just a handful of big names
  • Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and able to close partnerships without a lot of hand-holding
  • Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with a product’s ideal user, even when the fit isn’t immediately obvious
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs that don’t have a full playbook yet
  • Excellent communication skills - you can write a great creator brief and a tight performance summary equally well
  • Bonus: experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-adjacent company where you had to make technical or complex products feel accessible and exciting

Additional Information

Base44 is a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how products and apps get built. Our AI-powered platform allows anyone to create custom applications using natural language - no traditional coding required. We operate like a startup within Wix: fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.

Our product is game-changing, our ambitions are bold, and with your help, the world is about to hear a lot more about us.

The approximate base compensation is $150,000 - $200,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.

The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
