Owns end-to-end social media and content strategy across multiple platforms, creating and editing video/written content, managing community engagement, and producing a podcast.

Mid Remote Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote (United States Only)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly versatile, self-sufficient creator to own our entire social and content presence, start to finish. This isn’t a “manage the calendar” role or a “just edit the footage” role: you’ll script, shoot, edit, write, post, analyze, and engage, largely on your own. Hootsuite will be the primary tool you use to focus on community management. You’re equal parts storyteller, editor, strategist, and community manager, and you’re excited to use  AI tools (Claude especially) to move faster and punch above a team of one. If you thrive owning something end-to-end and love the startup and venture capital world, this is your seat.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Management

  • Own and grow our presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook, with emphasis on engagement and follower growth.
  • Build and manage the content calendar, campaigns, and promotions (X chats, LinkedIn conversations) in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite, and ability to focus on community management with our audience.
  • Track and report on engagement, growth, and content performance; use data to shape what we make next.
  • Write and post for the CEO’s personal accounts (X, Instagram).

Content Creation & Video

  • Script, film, and edit short- and long-form video for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Manage our YouTube channel, including live streaming.
  • Rework long-form content (interviews, podcast episodes) into punchy, platform-native short clips.
  • Edit using tools like Claude, Descript, CapCut, or Canva, with working knowledge of Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro a plus.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera to host, interview, or introduce content (nice to have, not required).

Podcast

  • Edit the GiveFirst podcast (audio and video), transcribe episodes, and cut highlight clips for distribution.
  • Create podcast titles and descriptions.
  • Source and schedule guests from the Techstars network (founders, mentors, investors, alumni).

Writing & Community

  • Write copy across formats: long-form LinkedIn posts, snackable X copy, video scripts, captions.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant conversations about the company, competitors, and industry; route conversations to the right internal person when needed.
  • Support digital events (live-streamed presentations, panels) with light production and moderation.

AI-Enabled Workflow

  • Use AI tools, Claude in particular, to accelerate scripting, editing workflows, research, transcription cleanup, and content ideation. We want someone who treats AI as a force multiplier for a team of one, not an afterthought.

About You

  • A true hybrid: equally comfortable behind a camera, in an edit bay, and writing copy.
  • Self-starter who can run an entire content pipeline (sourcing the story, producing it, and distributing it) without a hand-off.
  • Sharp copywriting instincts and obsessive attention to grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy.
  • Data-informed but not data-paralyzed: you use metrics and intuition together.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-lean, founder-mode environment where priorities shift fast.

Qualifications

  • A public body of work that shows range: short-form social video, long-form content, and written copy, with real audience traction (not coursework or personal projects with no distribution).
  • Track record of growing a social presence from near-zero, whether your own, a client’s, or an employer’s, with real follower or engagement growth you can point to and explain.
  • Solo ownership of a video project end-to-end: scripted, filmed, edited, and published, ideally with measurable views or engagement.
  • Experience running a podcast or long-form audio/video series from recording through publishing and clipping, even at small scale.
  • Fluent, hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your actual content workflow, not just occasional use.
  • Comfortable with Hootsuite or similar scheduling/analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, Canva, or comparable editing tools.
  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, startups, or accelerators is a huge plus.
  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, film, or related field.

A Note on Scope: This role consolidates what were previously two positions (Social Media Manager and Digital Content Producer & Editor) into one. Finding a candidate who is equally senior across social strategy, video production, and podcast/audio editing is rare. Prioritize strong video production and social copywriting as must-haves, and treat deep podcast/audio editing as trainable on the job.

Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000/yr

Benefits: Techstars offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

What this role involves

Shape what’s next in dental technology.

Join Henry Schein One!

Who We Are

Join a global leader redefining dental practice management and do work that actually matters. At Henry Schein One, we are a team of care catalysts: people who fuel innovation, challenge the status quo, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to everything we do. Your ideas fuel innovation that enhances patient care and drives real results for practices.

We don’t just talk about impact; we build it! Backed by a trusted reputation, our leaders foster an inclusive and supportive environment where we stay solely focused on our mission, empowering you to think boldly, collaborate creatively, and grow. We have high expectations for performance and delivering results; as part of a winning team, you’ll work hard, challenge the status quo, and bring a growth mindset. Here, your strengths are recognized, your development matters, and your wins celebrated.

Marketing Automation & Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of Henry Schein One’s marketing automation platform and related technology stack. The position serves as a hands-on contributor in managing the marketing automation platform and associated systems that enable marketing campaign execution, data flow, and performance reporting.

The role collaborates cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, RevOps, Business Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to support the development and optimization of marketing programs, data processes, and reporting capabilities. This includes contributing to scalable process design, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing overall operational efficiency across marketing initiatives.

Success in this role requires a combination of technical proficiency in marketing automation platforms and strong operational capabilities, including program execution, quality assurance, data governance, troubleshooting, and analysis. The position plays a key role in supporting campaign effectiveness, improving marketing performance, and increasing confidence in reporting through structured experimentation and continuous process improvement.

This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.

About the Role

  • Build, QA, and launch programs end-to-end: emails, nurtures, landing pages, forms, segmentation, webinars (ON24), SMS, and conversational flows (Conversica).

  • Maintain and enhance the Marketo ↔ Salesforce integration day-to-day: smart campaigns, sync logic, lifecycle progression, routing handoffs, conversion tracking. Diagnose and fix issues proactively.

  • Build, QA, and maintain Marketo ↔ Salesforce workflows to support lead capture, scoring, routing, lifecycle stage progression, and conversion tracking.

  • Ensure accurate campaign attribution through consistent program-to-SFDC-campaign alignment, member status mapping, and program template governance.

  • Maintain data integrity through validation, normalization, and ongoing improvements to Marketo configuration (fields, objects, scoring models, program templates, tokens, and operational processes).

  • Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and program templates allowing for scalable program execution and consistency across teams.

  • Partner with Demand Generation to monitor campaign and channel performance and improve outcomes through hypothesis-driven testing (e.g., A/B testing, audience refinement, nurture logic improvements, deliverability, and engagement).

Required Qualifications

  • Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

  • Typically a Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

  • 4–6 years in marketing operations or marketing automation, with 3+ years hands-on in Marketo Engage — building, integrating, and debugging, not just sending

  • Working knowledge of the Marketo ↔ Salesforce integration: sync behavior, campaign sync, lifecycle, and where things break.

  • Strong QA instincts. You check the unsubscribe link, the token, the segmentation logic, the send-time defaults, and the SFDC sync before you hit approve.

  • Clear writer. SOPs, briefs, status notes, and tickets that the next person can actually use.

  • Curious about AI in MarOps — comfortable getting hands dirty with new tools rather than waiting for documentation.

What will set you apart

  • Master’s degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications.

The posted range for this position is $90,000-$119,000, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a target bonus not reflected in the posted range.

What you’ll gain as a #TeamSchein member

  • A robust benefits package including health coverage, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, parental leave, wellbeing resources, education support, and MORE!

Marketing Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) at Sweat Pants Agency

Own paid media accounts end-to-end for DTC/eCommerce brands, managing Google Ads strategy, client relationships, creative testing, and proving incrementality across the full funnel.

What this role involves

Everyone can run a search campaign. Almost nobody can tell you whether it worked.

That is the whole job.

Google will happily show you a 6x ROAS built almost entirely out of people who already knew your client’s name. It will auto apply assets you did not ask for. It will report a number that makes a client feel great and tells you nothing about whether you grew the business.

So we do not hire people to manage Google Ads. We hire marketers who can tell the difference between demand they created and demand they harvested, and who can prove it to a client’s face.

At Sweat Pants Agency we work with around 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, 20 to 25 of them on paid media. We spend $6 to $9M a month on Meta and $1 to $2M a month on Google. We are the only agency behind two INC #1 fastest growing brands, both from zero.

Google is where we are putting our next round of growth. You would own a set of those accounts end to end.

Here is what “end to end” actually means.

You are the account manager. We do not have any. You talk to the client directly. You write the updates, you run the calls, and you defend the call you made. The reason we do it this way is ownership. When you are the person answering for the account, it is your result, not somebody else’s summary of your result.

You own the whole funnel, not the campaign. Feed and Merchant Center, search and Shopping and PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, the landing page, and the conversion tracking underneath all of it. If the feed is why Shopping is starving, that is yours. If the page is why the clicks do not convert, that is yours too. Our team ships advertorials, comparison pages, and PDPs in Claude Code, deploys them to Vercel, points a subdomain at them, and tests them live before anything touches the client’s Shopify theme.

You are expected to have an opinion about attribution and to defend it. We optimize to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, not blended and not last click. We have turned brand search off to see what actually shifts to organic. We run geo holdouts. If a campaign is not incremental, we would rather know than keep the number.

You can live anywhere. We are remote and we hire worldwide. The one hard requirement is that you can take client calls during US Eastern business hours, because you are the client’s point of contact and there is nobody else to cover it. The rest of your day is yours. Nobody here is on a time clock. We judge you on output.

If you want a lane, a ticket queue, and a scope document, this is a bad fit and we will both know it fast.

If you want to own the whole picture and be judged on whether the number moved, keep reading.

What the job looks like

  • Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact. Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
  • Own the client relationship. There is no account manager between you and them. You present the results, the plan, and the reasoning, and you are the one who answers when something is not working.
  • Audit before you touch anything. Every account we take over gets a real review first: campaign and ad group structure, keywords versus search terms, negatives, bidding strategy per campaign type, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking. Then a Loom walking the client through what you found. That Loom is how we sell and it is how we keep people.
  • Run brand and non brand as different businesses. Brand is mostly assisted conversion and it usually belongs on target impression share, not target CPA. Non brand is where the growth is and where the waste is. Report them separately or you are reporting nothing.
  • Know what PMax is actually doing. The most common mistake we see is optimizing PMax against an incremental CAC when half the volume inside it is branded. If you cannot separate those two, you cannot set a target.
  • Keep Google’s automation on a leash. Auto applied recommendations, auto applied assets, and auto created sitelinks have cost our clients real money. We audit for them on a schedule.
  • Own the feed. Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions, and what the feed does to Shopping and PMax delivery.
  • Own the tracking. GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports versus a raw Google Ads tag, enhanced conversions, offline conversion imports for the lead gen accounts. When the numbers do not reconcile, you are the one who finds out why.
  • Diagnose the bottleneck, then go fix it. Creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout, tracking. Nobody is going to reassign it to another team.
  • Build the things the account needs. Landing pages, scripts, reporting, whatever removes the constraint. We are heavy AI users and we expect you to build, not just prompt.

You are a fit if

  • You have done this with real money. Hands on Google Ads at meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them. Shopping and PMax specifically, not just search.
  • You are fluent in the whole stack, not one campaign type. Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM. Bing is a nice to have.
  • You are AI native, and you build. This is a requirement, not a bonus. You should already be using Claude or equivalent as a working tool rather than a novelty, and you should be able to build and ship a landing page with it.
  • You can communicate your ideas in English at a native or near native level. You will be in front of clients constantly with nobody in between. You need to explain your thinking clearly, sell an idea on its merits, push back when a client is about to force the account into mediocrity, and raise a problem before it becomes a fire. This matters as much as anything else on this list.
  • You are skeptical of your own numbers. You would rather run the holdout than protect the dashboard.
  • You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls. Where you live is up to you.
  • Bonus: you have built or operated your own Shopify store, or you have run Meta at spend too.

You are not a fit if

  • “That was not my role” is in your vocabulary. It is the fastest way to end an interview here. If the feed was the problem on an account you ran, you should have done something about the feed.
  • You want to be told what to do this week.
  • You need a ticketing system to know what matters.
  • You quote blended ROAS as if it settles the question.

Why this role is exciting

This is not a maintenance job. Google is where we are putting our next round of growth, and you would have real influence over how we run it.

You will work on real brands with real budgets. We test aggressively. We learn quickly. We build frameworks that scale.

You get trust on day one. You get a lot of autonomy. Some people thrive with it. You will get feedback fast either way, and if you make it through the first 30 days you will probably be here for a long time. Our retention on this team is very good and that is not an accident.

You will grow into senior strategy. We want people who want more responsibility. If you perform, you will grow.
