Marketing Product Marketing Manager II at Sprout Social

Owns quarterly product launch programs and go-to-market strategy, creating positioning and messaging while coordinating cross-functional execution.

What this role involves

Description

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager II. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, and sits at the intersection of product, marketing and go-to-market strategy, alongside high-impact execution.

Why join Sprout’s Marketing team?

At Sprout Social, we don’t just market products—we set the pace for how breakthrough brands connect with the world. As the social intelligence platform powering the future of customer connection, our Marketing team is the driving force behind turning that vision into reality. We lead with clarity and act with speed to drive market leadership, generate demand, and accelerate customer expansion, all in close partnership with core cross-functional stakeholders.

Here, you’ll have the freedom to test bold ideas, learn fast, and shape the future of the global brands we empower. We measure success by the business results we create and a shared commitment to excellence in our craft. If you’re ready to own your impact, accelerate your career, and build the definitive system for business, this is where you belong.

What you’ll do

  • Be the voice of the product: Act as the end-to-end owner of our quarterly launch program and release engine, optimizing the workflows, processes, and high-impact resources to scale awareness and ensure our teams are equipped with value-forward stories across the portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functionally: Partner closely with key cross-functional partners including Marketing, Revenue, and R&D to deliver seamless events and collateral that showcase the power of Sprout’s AI-driven platform.
  • Shape product strategy: Serve as the dedicated product marketer for a select group of products at the core of Sprout’s platform, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support and giving these products a real champion in the market.

What you’ll bring

  • Strategic Storytelling: You also have a keen eye for positioning and building a story across many different inputs. You can translate technical updates into a value-forward narrative that resonates with our audience.
  • The “Execution” Mindset: While you appreciate strong storytelling, you also love the project management side of marketing—hitting hard deadlines while juggling tasks, stakeholders, and approvals while keeping a wide set of people on track without dropping a thread.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: You use qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure the success of launches and iterate on future strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You are a reliable partner who leads with empathy and clarity, even when managing tight schedules and complex dependencies.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: You’re ready to help shape the role and redefine what good looks like as business needs evolve.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, or relevant B2B SaaS functions.
  • Demonstrated success in project managing and driving end-to-end GTM campaigns self-sufficiently
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex concepts into clear updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced in navigating cross-functional approval processes across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to meet key deadlines.
  • Operational mindset with a solid understanding of GTM frameworks, messaging, and sales enablement execution.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience working in the software/SaaS industry
  • Experience in a dedicated Product Marketing role.
  • Experience in presentation creation and a high level of comfort using Canva to build or iterate on marketing collateral.

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Attending Sprout Social onboarding to learn our products, brand positioning, voice, and key messages.
  • Meeting with key stakeholders across Product, Revenue, and Brand Creative to understand current working relationships and release rituals.
  • Getting oriented on both halves of the role—our upcoming release milestones and the specific products you’ll own, including introductions to their product and sales counterparts.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Getting your hands onto our quarterly launch program, helping guide the execution of our next Breaking Ground event.
  • Familiarizing yourself with Sprout’s product strategy, development lifecycle, and current release/launch processes.
  • Beginning to take on positioning and messaging support for your assigned products.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Taking full ownership of “Breaking Ground,” establishing a repeatable, high-impact framework—and the KPIs to track it—that optimizes our launch reach and narrative depth.
  • Run cross-PMM initiatives to ensure teams have consistent, value-forward collateral that’s always up to date.
  • Independently driving product marketing—positioning, messaging, and GTM support—for your assigned products.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Reimagining our launch engine and taking our GTM programs to new levels of creativity and efficiency.
  • Surprising us! Use your unique ideas for AI-driven workflows or process improvements to change how our team works in ways we haven’t considered yet.

Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.

Marketing Account-Based Marketing Manager at Shopmonkey

Runs enterprise account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinates cross-functional teams, and measures pipeline impact for B2B SaaS.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 22 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As the ABM Manager at Shopmonkey, you’ll own our enterprise ABM program targeting Multi-Shop Operators (MSOs) and multi-location auto service businesses. The program is newly launched — strategy and foundation built, acquisition campaigns live for a few weeks — so you’ll contribute inside a moving motion right away, then shape and scale it as your own. You’ll bridge Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to accelerate enterprise sales cycles. We’re hiring as much for curiosity, aptitude, and growth potential as for experience. If you don’t check every box below but learn fast and want to build, we would still want to hear from you. Please note for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay area, this would be a hybrid role with 2 days/week in our Larkspur, CA office.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the program: Run tiered 1:1,1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns end to end — calendar, briefs, timelines, and coordination across internal teams and vendors.
  • Direct the channels: Set channel strategy and audiences across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and direct mail, partnering with our Paid Media Manager, who owns campaign build and optimization, as well as our Lifecycle Manager who owns email and SMS sequences.
  • Create the content: Build the assets that power the program — downloadables, personalized landing pages, and direct mail kits — with Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Own the data strategy: Drive target account lists, enrichment, and data quality with Sales and Marketing Ops, and partner with MOps on account scoring and instrumentation (you define what’s needed; they build it).
  • Measure and report: Track account engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI. Build exec-level visibility into the program — dashboards and recurring readouts that keep revenue leadership informed and bought in.

We Are Looking For People Who Have:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on ABM or account-targeted campaign work.
  • Experience marketing to Mid-Market or Enterprise buyers with multi-stakeholder sales cycles; selling to multi-location businesses (automotive, field services, franchises) is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills — essential for this role . You keep multi-workstream, cross-functional programs on schedule with clear owners, and you communicate crisply in writing and in the room, from campaign briefs to exec readouts.
  • Fluency in the core ABM channels — LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, direct mail, email, SMS — enough to set strategy and brief specialists well; console experience is a plus, not required.
  • Strong analytical skills, including B2B web analytics (GA4, UTMs, account-level vs. contact-level measurement), and experience building performance dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar) that give leadership a clear view of the program.
  • Comfortable partnering with Ops on CRM and scoring tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Fast learner, energized by early-stage ambiguity and a new vertical.

Nice to Have:

  • Vertical SaaS or automotive industry experience; familiarity with account-level attribution tools (Dreamdata, 6sense, or similar).

In the United States the range for this role is typically an OTE of $120,000 to $132,000 + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.

Why Shopmonkey?

Shopmonkey has become an amazing environment where employees feel that they are valued as people, and not just worker bees. To ensure that our team thrives, we invest in the following perks ( benefits below are mainly for U.S. based, full-time employees). Marketing Director, Product Marketing at Lone Wolf Technologies

Director leads product marketing strategy, team, and go-to-market execution across product portfolio while owning positioning, messaging, and pricing.

Exec Posted about 22 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Director of Product Marketing is a senior role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, serving as the strategic voice of the market inside the organization and the voice of the product outside it. The position owns the master messaging architecture across all products, segments, and buyer personas, and sets the standard for how Lone Wolf is positioned across all channels.

What You’ll Own:

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of Strategic Product Marketers and the content developers who support them.
  • Hire, coach, and manage performance so the team keeps getting better, not just staying busy.
  • Set the process and quality bar every product marketer works against, so output is consistent no matter which product they’re covering.

GTM

  • Own the launch process: tiering, timelines, and the cross-functional checkpoints that make a launch land instead of scramble.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and major releases, coordinating timelines across product, sales, customer success, and demand generation.
  • Run pilots that test positioning and pricing before a launch goes wide.
  • Measure the impact of GTM programs against pipeline, adoption, and revenue goals, and adjust strategy accordingly

Positioning & Messaging

  • Carry final accountability for positioning and messaging across the portfolio. Each Product Marketer owns execution for their own products. You make sure it adds up to one Lone Wolf story.
  • Keep competitive intelligence current and built into how the team positions, not just a report that goes stale after launch.
  • Own product positioning and messaging across the portfolio, ensuring consistency from website copy to sales decks to customer communications.

Voice of Customer

  • Run Product Advisory Boards that give customers a real seat at the table.
  • Build structured feedback loops that feed positioning, packaging, and the product roadmap, not just a slide for quarterly reviews.

Packaging & Pricing

  • Own the packaging and pricing strategy and framework across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Finance and Product so every price reflects real customer value.

Content

  • Own all product marketing content: one-pagers, decks, and everything else the team produces.
  • Equip sales teams with battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling materials

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and product as peers, not as an order taker.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and translate features into customer-facing value.
  • Synthesize market and customer feedback into roadmap input for the product management team.
  • Report on GTM and pricing performance to executive stakeholders.
  • Manages all activities in Accounts Payable for multiple entities based in the U.S.
  • Ensure timely vouchering and payment of vendor invoices
  • Assist with Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable and company purchasing credit cards
  • Maintain accurate records and control reports
  • Perform timely month end close activities
  • Familiarity with payments via ACH, wire transfers and Online Bill Payment
  • Project work as assigned to include migrating newly acquired entities from legacy systems to Company’s NetSuite application

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years in product marketing, including at least 6 years managing or leading a team of product marketers.
  • Experience in residential real estate, proptech, or a closely adjacent vertical (mortgage, title, insurance, or similar). You understand how brokers, agents, and MLSs actually work.
  • Experience owning positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple products or a portfolio, not just one product line.
  • Experience owning pricing and packaging for B2B SaaS products, ideally across a multi-product portfolio.
  • A track record of building a repeatable GTM or launch process at a large, complex organization.
  • Experience running structured customer feedback programs (advisory boards, win/loss, or similar) and turning that input into decisions, not just a report.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up research, content creation, and analysis. This isn’t a nice-to-have at Lone Wolf. We expect you to actually use it.
  • Sharp, direct writing and the judgment to know when a launch is ready and when it isn’t.
  • Experience partnering with demand generation, sales, and customer marketing leaders as peers, not just service providers.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing distributed or international team members.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product positioning.
  • Time at a real estate brokerage, franchise, or agent-facing company before moving into product marketing.

Marketing Social Media & Content Manager at Techstars

Owns end-to-end social media and content strategy across multiple platforms, creating and editing video/written content, managing community engagement, and producing a podcast.

Mid Remote Posted about 22 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote (United States Only)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly versatile, self-sufficient creator to own our entire social and content presence, start to finish. This isn’t a “manage the calendar” role or a “just edit the footage” role: you’ll script, shoot, edit, write, post, analyze, and engage, largely on your own. Hootsuite will be the primary tool you use to focus on community management. You’re equal parts storyteller, editor, strategist, and community manager, and you’re excited to use  AI tools (Claude especially) to move faster and punch above a team of one. If you thrive owning something end-to-end and love the startup and venture capital world, this is your seat.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Management

  • Own and grow our presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook, with emphasis on engagement and follower growth.
  • Build and manage the content calendar, campaigns, and promotions (X chats, LinkedIn conversations) in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite, and ability to focus on community management with our audience.
  • Track and report on engagement, growth, and content performance; use data to shape what we make next.
  • Write and post for the CEO’s personal accounts (X, Instagram).

Content Creation & Video

  • Script, film, and edit short- and long-form video for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Manage our YouTube channel, including live streaming.
  • Rework long-form content (interviews, podcast episodes) into punchy, platform-native short clips.
  • Edit using tools like Claude, Descript, CapCut, or Canva, with working knowledge of Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro a plus.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera to host, interview, or introduce content (nice to have, not required).

Podcast

  • Edit the GiveFirst podcast (audio and video), transcribe episodes, and cut highlight clips for distribution.
  • Create podcast titles and descriptions.
  • Source and schedule guests from the Techstars network (founders, mentors, investors, alumni).

Writing & Community

  • Write copy across formats: long-form LinkedIn posts, snackable X copy, video scripts, captions.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant conversations about the company, competitors, and industry; route conversations to the right internal person when needed.
  • Support digital events (live-streamed presentations, panels) with light production and moderation.

AI-Enabled Workflow

  • Use AI tools, Claude in particular, to accelerate scripting, editing workflows, research, transcription cleanup, and content ideation. We want someone who treats AI as a force multiplier for a team of one, not an afterthought.

About You

  • A true hybrid: equally comfortable behind a camera, in an edit bay, and writing copy.
  • Self-starter who can run an entire content pipeline (sourcing the story, producing it, and distributing it) without a hand-off.
  • Sharp copywriting instincts and obsessive attention to grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy.
  • Data-informed but not data-paralyzed: you use metrics and intuition together.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-lean, founder-mode environment where priorities shift fast.

Qualifications

  • A public body of work that shows range: short-form social video, long-form content, and written copy, with real audience traction (not coursework or personal projects with no distribution).
  • Track record of growing a social presence from near-zero, whether your own, a client’s, or an employer’s, with real follower or engagement growth you can point to and explain.
  • Solo ownership of a video project end-to-end: scripted, filmed, edited, and published, ideally with measurable views or engagement.
  • Experience running a podcast or long-form audio/video series from recording through publishing and clipping, even at small scale.
  • Fluent, hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your actual content workflow, not just occasional use.
  • Comfortable with Hootsuite or similar scheduling/analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, Canva, or comparable editing tools.
  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, startups, or accelerators is a huge plus.
  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, film, or related field.

A Note on Scope: This role consolidates what were previously two positions (Social Media Manager and Digital Content Producer & Editor) into one. Finding a candidate who is equally senior across social strategy, video production, and podcast/audio editing is rare. Prioritize strong video production and social copywriting as must-haves, and treat deep podcast/audio editing as trainable on the job.

Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000/yr

Benefits: Techstars offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

About the role

Are you a great writer who knows how to make people stop scrolling? InMarket is looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling content that people actually want to read. We’re looking for someone who understands what makes a strong LinkedIn post, can write a hook that grabs a busy marketer’s attention, and can take a technical AdTech product or industry insight and turn it into a blog post, report, or story that connects with customers. You’ll help shape InMarket’s voice across LinkedIn, blogs, thought leadership, case studies, research, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment, develop a point of view, see what resonates, and continuously improve. You don’t need to be an AdTech expert on day one. You do need to be curious, a strong writer, and excited to learn.

Your Daily Impact as a Content Marketing Manager:

  • Write compelling LinkedIn posts, blogs, thought leadership, case studies, and customer-facing content.
  • Develop strong hooks, headlines, and narratives that capture attention and make complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Translate product launches, research, data, and industry trends into content that is relevant and valuable to our customers.
  • Help develop InMarket’s voice and point of view across channels.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to uncover stories and ideas worth telling.
  • Support the development of InMarket Insights reports, white papers, infographics, and other thought leadership.
  • Manage and maintain our content across social, web, email, and other channels.
  • Use AI as part of your workflow to research, brainstorm, draft, edit, and accelerate content creation, while maintaining a strong human point of view.

Your Experience & Expertise:

  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, copywriting, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • B2B experience is a plus, but great writing matters more than industry pedigree.
  • Experience writing for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, or other digital channels.
  • Experience with AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, data, media, or technology is a plus—not a requirement.
  • Experience using AI tools in your day-to-day creative or research workflow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Sprout Social, Salesforce, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.

Benefits Summary

  • Competitive salary, stock options, flexible vacation
  • Medical, dental, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Company Matched 401(k)
  • Unlimited PTO (Within reason)
  • Talented co-workers and management
