Data Analytics Revenue Ops Manager at Block Renovation

Builds and owns business reporting infrastructure while leading cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

What this role involves

About Block Renovation

Block Renovation is rebuilding the $500B+ renovation industry. We’ve built a nationwide platform that connects homeowners with high-quality contractors and brings transparency, predictability, and scalability to home renovation. Our mission is simple but ambitious: empower millions of homeowners to create spaces they love while helping thousands of contractors build thriving businesses. We are a fast-growing, technology-enabled marketplace operating across the U.S., and we’re just getting started.

The Role

We’re looking for a Rev Ops Manager to build and own the reporting layer that tells us what’s actually happening in the business, and then to lead the highest-priority work that comes out of it. To lead high priority projects that drive our business forward, including building and owning the reporting layer that drives insights and steers direction across teams, distilling insights into solutions, and moving quickly to launch projects leveraging AI.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to solve problems across the business. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, execution, and AI, with direct visibility into the company’s most important decisions. Reporting to the COO, you’ll work across teams to identify opportunities, shape priorities, and turn ideas into

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue & Business Impact

  • Identify and lead the highest-priority strategic initiatives that drive revenue, growth, and efficiency.
  • Use data and business insights to identify opportunities, size their potential impact, and develop a plan to capture them.
  • Partner cross-functionally to take initiatives from idea through execution, owning outcomes rather than simply making recommendations.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve conversion, increase revenue, reduce costs, and make the business more efficient.

Own Business Reporting & Analytics

  • Own leadership, Board, and investor reporting end-to-end, including the underlying queries, data integrity, metrics, and first draft of the narrative.
  • Build the reporting and analytical infrastructure that a clear view of business performance; including recurring reporting to run with minimal manual intervention.
  • Be the analytical partner to Sales: own pipeline reporting, conversion and cohort analysis, rep performance visibility, and forecast support so Sales leadership can focus on coaching and execution.
  • Own contractor network analytics, including subscription performance, profile health, supply and market coverage, retention, and churn.

Turn Data Into Action

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and problems before they become obvious to the rest of the organization.
  • Turn qualitative and quantitative signals—including support tickets, sales calls, and contractor conversations—into recurring insights that inform Product and GTM decisions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to translate operational and data needs into technical solutions.

Build Operational Leverage & Automation

  • Own vendor and cost visibility, including contract inventory, renewal tracking, and spend benchmarking.
  • Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows in partnership with the teams that will ultimately operate them.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Sales, CX, Finance, and other teams to turn analysis into shipped outcomes.
  • Use AI-native tools, automation, and reusable workflows to eliminate repetitive work and create leverage for yourself and the broader organization.
  • Apply judgment where automation falls short—we value accurate, honest answers over confident but incorrect ones

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5+ years of experience revenue operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or marketplace operations,
  • A scrappy, hands-on operator who is willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems themselves.
  • AI-native: automation is how you work, not a tool you occasionally reach for. You codify recurring analysis into repeatable workflows and build leverage for the rest of the team—not just yourself.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn data into action—and to own the numbers, including when they’re wrong.
  • Fluency with SQL and modern data/BI tools. You can get to the answer yourself without waiting on Engineering.
  • Highly organized, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and ambiguity. Nobody here will hand you a prioritized queue.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’ll write things the CEO and Board read.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Equity in an early-stage, high-growth company
  • Hybrid flexibility + “work from anywhere” time
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with match
  • 12 weeks fully paid family leave

Data Analytics CX Business Intelligence Analyst at Gusto

Build data pipelines, models, and dashboards for customer experience metrics, then conduct statistical analysis to identify what drives customer outcomes.

Mid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Gusto

At Gusto, we’re on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.

All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.

About the Role:

Gusto’s Customer Experience team is changing how we serve small businesses: new service models, a telephony platform migration, and the data infrastructure to support both. We are hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to own the data layer that makes this work.

You will build the pipelines, models, and dashboards that make CX data trustworthy and self-serve, then use that foundation to answer causal questions about what actually moves customer outcomes. The strongest candidates pair real coding and statistical depth with the judgment to know which question is worth answering.

About the Team:

CX Data and Insights is the analytical backbone of Gusto’s Customer Experience organization. We define the metrics CX leaders run the business on, and we produce the analysis that shapes operational roadmap decisions.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Lead: Own ambiguous problems, design analysis and measurement frameworks, and introduce policies and practices by which data integrity is monitored and enforced within your domain.
  • Execution: Deliver multiple high-impact projects, balancing trade-offs to maximize business value, and maintain clear expectations of deliverables and timelines.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with CX leaders, cross-function data-science teams, tool developers (i.e. Salesforce), and data engineering to align on strategy.
  • Analytical Rigor: Apply advanced statistical methods and AI-driven anomaly detection to proactively uncover opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and shape CX strategy, separating signal from noise. Navigate messy, conflicting data sources to establish reliable sources of truth. Use AI to accelerate hypothesis generation, code drafting, cross-source reconciliation, validation, and build agents to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Develop and scale reporting: define DBT and Snowflake data pipeline requirements for evolving CX data sources, and build and maintain monitoring systems and streamlit dashboards for day-to-day operation and self-serve insights.
  • Independence: Work with minimal guidance to prioritize, create, and deliver data projects, proactively resolving conflicts or misalignment across stakeholders.
  • Scale the Craft: Up-level the team’s best practices in data modeling and schema design, expand our toolsets (e.g., Databricks for AI-augmented modeling and anomaly detection) where they accelerate CX outcomes, drive improvements in data quality, rigor, and adoption of better data capabilities, and mentor other data practitioners.
  • Communication: Present complex findings in a structured, compelling way to technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a data-informed mindset across the company.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Governance.
  • Strong SQL and Python proficiency, capable of querying and analyzing large datasets with ease.
  • Strong foundation in data modeling, schema design, and data quality best practices, with functional experience working on cloud platforms like Snowflake.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining robust data reporting pipelines and ETL workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or operating governance for AI-assisted analytics outputs. At minimum: validation standards for AI-generated code and metric definitions, drift and source-of-truth audits on dashboards that feed operational decisions, and documented rules for when human review is non-negotiable on performance-adjacent data products. Comfort working inside an organization’s AI use policy.
  • Clear, direct communication style. You can explain a complex data investigation to a non-technical stakeholder in 1-2 sentences before diving into the details.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and driving projects forward without waiting for perfect requirements.
  • Frequent, practical use of AI in analytics workflows with concrete examples (not aspirational interest). You can describe specific ways AI has changed how you scaffold pipelines, write and review code, validate data, or generate documentation, and you know where human verification is non-negotiable.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $111,160/yr to $138,950/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $134,735/yr to $168,419/yr for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto’s subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.

Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.

Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Gusto considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Gusto is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. We want to see our candidates perform to the best of their ability. If you require a medical or religious accommodation at any time throughout your candidate journey, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you.

Gusto takes security and protection of your personal information very seriously. Please review our Fraudulent Activity Disclaimer.

Personal information collected and processed as part of your Gusto application will be subject to Gusto’s Applicant Privacy Notice.

Where others see a simple need for grocery delivery, we see exciting complexity and endless opportunity to serve the varied needs of our community. We work to deliver an essential service that customers rely on to get their groceries and household goods, while also offering safe and flexible earnings opportunities to Instacart Personal Shoppers.

Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table.

Instacart is a Flex First team

There’s no one-size fits all approach to how we do our best work. Our employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events. Learn more about our flexible approach to where we work.

Overview

The Marketing Enablement & Technology (MET) team sits natively within Instacart’s Marketing organization, owning the data foundations that power Paid Marketing, SEO, and Retailer Marketing attribution. These datasets directly inform how we allocate hundreds of millions of dollars in marketing spend and how we measure growth.

We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer II to help build and evolve the marketing analytics data foundation. In this role, you’ll independently design and deliver high-quality, business-aware data models and pipelines that Data Scientists and Analysts trust — owning your work end-to-end, raising the quality bar through code reviews and design discussion, and growing toward broader technical ownership of marketing data.

About the Job

  • Marketing Analytics Data Development: Independently build and maintain high-quality dimensional data models and ETL pipelines that support marketing analytics across Paid Marketing, SEO, Retailer Marketing, and attribution — delivering complete data assets end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Marketing stakeholders to translate analytical needs and business questions into data requirements, and deliver trusted, decision-ready datasets.
  • Data Quality Ownership: Own data quality for the models you build — writing tests, documentation, and monitoring, and resolving data issues at their root cause across the marketing workflows you support.
  • Code Review & Design: Conduct thorough code reviews, write and share designs publicly before building, and apply simple, reusable modeling patterns that leave the codebase better than you found it.
  • Pipeline Evolution & Observability: Improve existing marketing data pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve performance, enhance observability (logging, metrics, freshness and quality checks), and participate in incident response for the data platform.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or closely related roles, with hands-on ownership of production data models and pipelines.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building well-architected dimensional data models (star schemas, fact/dimension tables, SCDs).
  • Hands-on experience with the modern data stack, including dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow.
  • Working knowledge of marketing data and metrics — including paid media performance, attribution concepts, and channel-level measurement — or the ability to ramp quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complete data models and pipelines independently, manage multiple priorities, and write clean, well-documented, well-tested code.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate across data, marketing, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience partnering with Data Scientists on experimentation, attribution, or incrementality measurement.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (ie Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, SEO tooling).
  • Python experience for automation or advanced transformations.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted developer tools to improve code quality and speed (e.g., generating tests, validating logic, comparing suggestions).
  • Experience contributing to analytics engineering best practices such as testing, documentation, or data quality standards.

#LI-Remote

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.

What this role involves

Description

Who are we, and why are we hiring?

We’re based on over 15 years of success, producing world-class video content and building, developing, and managing a number of high-traffic websites. Our award-winning content and websites are created exclusively by us and directly for the use of millions of users worldwide. At Kodify, we’re not just pushing boundaries in online entertainment—we’re rewriting the script! Our goal is to empower our people with everything they need to pioneer innovation in our industry. Our culture is our secret sauce, and we’re committed to preserving and enhancing it every step of the way.

Join our crew, where the Kodify team is not just an asset, it’s our crown jewel. We prioritize their growth and well-being above all else, ensuring they’re set up for success and always inspired to deliver their best work.

As a rapidly expanding company with diverse hubs across the globe and over 20 vibrant national cultures, working with us means embracing thrilling challenges tailor-made for a star BI Engineer!

At Kodify, data is at the heart of how we make decisions. From product and marketing to finance and operations, every team relies on trustworthy data delivered at the right time. We’re looking for a BI Engineer to sit exactly where the technical and the analytical meet — building the models and pipelines that produce the numbers, and the reporting and analysis that make those numbers useful to the business.

What will you do?

  • You’ll work on a data platform that supports products serving close to 100M unique visitors a month.

  • Reporting & dashboards - Design and own dashboards that people actually use to make decisions. Not screenshot factories, living products with an owner and a purpose.

  • Analysis - Answer real business questions end to end: LTV and retention, subscriptions, sales volume and take rate, production and content performance. Find the “why” behind the number, and say so clearly.

  • Modeling - Build and maintain dbt models, staging through marts. Conventions, tests, and documentation included, not bolted on later.

  • Pipelines - Work on our Python ETL: ingestion from billing APIs, Postgres, MongoDB, and our columnar layer. Build new sources, fix what’s fragile, and improve error handling and observability.

  • Quality - Test your own work and validate numbers before a stakeholder does. If a dashboard is wrong, you care.

  • Stakeholders - Translate vague asks into scoped questions. Push back on requests that shouldn’t be built, and propose the version that should.

  • Enablement - Help business teams answer their own recurring questions, so capability moves out of BI rather than piling up inside it.

  • Duties - Becoming a valued team member, providing feedback about tech, development lifecycle and processes. Take ownership of your code / task / role.

  • Goal - Be the reason the business trusts its numbers — and be one of the driving forces behind always making it better.

Requirements

  • Experience as a BI Engineer, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst with engineering depth, or similar. Comfortable on both sides of the line.

  • Strong SQL, ideally PostgreSQL: complex transformations, window functions, and enough performance awareness to know why your query is slow.

  • Solid Python for data work: pipelines, scripting, APIs, data manipulation. You can pick up an existing ETL codebase and extend it.

  • Experience with dbt: models, tests, macros, and documentation, working within an existing project’s conventions.

  • Production experience with a BI/visualization tool (Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar), including the modeling layer underneath it, not just the drag-and-drop.

  • Solid building experience using AI - understanding AI harnessing best practices such asclaude.md, hooks, skills, rules, mcps, plugins etc.

  • Genuinely up to date on where AI is going: you follow what’s changing in models, agents, and tooling, and you have opinions about what’s useful versus hype. We expect you to use AI daily and to bring new ways of working to the team, not wait to be shown them.

  • Experience working with dimensional / analytical models and warehouses.

  • Comfort with Git, code review, and modern software engineering practices applied to data.

  • Genuine business curiosity. You want to know how the company makes money, not just what the schema looks like.

  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. You can explain a discrepancy without hiding behind the pipeline.

  • Strong sense of ownership. You don’t wait to be told something is broken.

  • A team player who likes to help others and solve problems together.

  • Investigation of new technologies.

  • You have a real ‘Can Do’ work ethic - We are results-based, not clock-based!

  • You love to have fun while you work!

Nice to have:

  • Experience with a columnar/analytical database (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar)

  • Exposure to a semantic/metrics layer (Cube.dev, dbt MetricFlow, LookML, or similar)

  • Web analytics experience: event tracking, funnels, attribution, session and behavioural data (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)

  • MongoDB as a source system

  • Data cataloging, documentation, or lineage tooling (OpenMetadata, DataHub, or similar)

  • Docker

  • AWS

  • Experience with high-traffic / high-volume data environments

  • Understanding of Agile principles

  • Experience working remotely

Where and when:

From wherever you want, the position is fully remote in the EU.

We’re very flexible about when you get your work done, but we do have some core hours where we like to overlap in order to promote collaboration and low-latency communication between team members (10:00 to 15:00 CET/CEST). Our daily virtual stand-ups are important for us but other than that, you’re free to manage your own time.

What we offer:

  • Fully remote position or, if preferred, working in our awesome Barcelona office!

  • Agile environment

  • Top-notch tech stack!

  • Flexible working hours + core hours!

  • 10% on top of your salary for learning and development - of your choice!

  • Latest tech equipment - Macbook Pro

  • Company Amazon book account!

  • Kodify off-sites, on-sites, events, and team activities!

  • Amazing international team!

  • 1 day off on your birthday

  • Generous vacation and personal days

  • 1 month paid sabbatical after 3 years

  • Health & Wellness budget

Data Analytics Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant (Contractor) at Included Health

Standardizes and documents Google Sheets-based workforce planning and forecasting models while supporting recurring monthly financial and operational planning cycles.

Mid Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Duration: This is a ~4 month contract opportunity

Included Health is hiring a Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant to improve the reliability, maintainability, and usability of the Google Sheets-based models that support workforce planning, forecasting, FP&A, and Care Operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built spreadsheet tools that other teams depended on, can reverse-engineer undocumented models, and can work inside a live monthly production cycle without disrupting it.

The consultant will partner with Workforce Analytics, FP&A, Care Operations, HRIS, Data Engineering, and other stakeholders to standardize high-burden models, document historical sources of truth, support recurring workflows, and create consistent pre-read outputs for operational and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Model Standardization & Cleanup

  • Bring high-burden Google Sheets models up to team standards for structure, readability, maintainability, and traceability.

  • Audit interconnected spreadsheets, identify broken or fragile dependencies, clarify inputs and outputs, and reduce unnecessary complexity without changing sound forecasting methodology.

  • Establish consistent conventions for tabs, formulas, input areas, assumptions, checks, file naming, permissions, and handoff materials.

  • Review models for data integrity, formula consistency, broken links, stale inputs, hard-coded values, and other issues that could create production risk.

  • Preserve business logic that is working while making the model understandable and operable by someone other than its original author.

Documentation & Archiving

  • Reverse-engineer undocumented or lightly documented models and write clear, practical documentation explaining how they work.

  • Document source data, refresh steps, dependencies, assumptions, business rules, key calculations, outputs, known limitations, and common failure modes.

  • Organize Google Drive folders and model inventories so current working files, reference files, archived versions, and historical sources of truth are clearly distinguished.

  • Identify and archive stale or redundant versions while preserving the historical files needed for auditability, trend analysis, and retrospective review.

  • Create handoff materials that enable an analyst to run, troubleshoot, and maintain the work after the engagement ends.

Cycle & Workflow Support

  • Support the recurring workforce planning and forecasting cycle, which runs roughly from the 20th through the 10th of each month.

  • Handle routine manual ingestion, file preparation, formatting, reconciliation, and quality-check tasks so senior analysts can focus on interpretation and decision support.

  • Work carefully within live production processes, escalating issues early and protecting deadlines for FP&A and Operations deliverables.

  • Help clarify and improve Jira workflow structure where it supports intake, tracking, prioritization, review, and completion of analytics work.

  • Create lightweight checklists and repeatable procedures for recurring tasks, with clear ownership and escalation paths.

Governance Delivery

  • Develop standardized model outputs and reusable templates for FP&A and Operations pre-reads.

  • Meet with stakeholders to understand what they need to review, decide, and act on—not just what they initially ask to receive.

  • Draft recurring monthly outputs, gather feedback, and turn useful patterns into consistent templates and operating standards.

  • Improve traceability from source data and assumptions through model outputs and executive or operational reporting.

  • Apply practical quality controls, peer-review steps, versioning conventions, and documentation standards appropriate for workforce and financial planning work.

Quality Delivery

  • Maintain sufficient hands-on proficiency in advanced Google Sheets, SQL or equivalent data-querying tools, and spreadsheet-based forecasting workflows to independently investigate and resolve issues.

  • Pull and validate source data rather than relying exclusively on prepared extracts or analyst-provided datasets.

  • Produce work that is accurate, reproducible, well documented, and usable under deadline pressure.

  • Use Apps Script, light Python, or other automation selectively when it improves reliability or reduces repetitive work without introducing unnecessary operational risk.

  • Respect the privacy, sensitivity, and appropriate use of people and workforce data throughout the engagement.

Engagement Scope and Deliverables:

This is a named-person, scoped project with a hard end date. As a consultant, you will be expected to own defined workstreams and leave behind durable improvements, not simply provide general staff augmentation or recommendations.

Expected deliverables may include:

  • Standardized and cleaned Google Sheets models, with documented changes and known limitations.

  • A model inventory identifying current working files, dependencies, owners, refresh cadence, and canonical historical sources.

  • Archived and organized Google Drive folders with clear naming and version conventions.

  • Practical runbooks and handoff documentation for recurring models and workflows.

  • Repeatable ingestion, reconciliation, and quality-check procedures for the monthly cycle.

  • Standardized FP&A and Operations pre-read templates and supporting model outputs.

  • Recommended Jira workflow structures or updates where needed to support analytics intake and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in analytics, workforce planning, FP&A analytics, operations analytics, or a related data-focused field, with experience owning projects end to end.

  • Demonstrated experience building spreadsheet tools that other people relied on and maintaining them through real operating cycles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, interconnected files, data validation, error handling, performance considerations, and cross-file references at scale.

  • Direct experience reverse-engineering another person’s undocumented or poorly documented spreadsheet model and explaining how it works to someone else.

  • Experience supporting FP&A, workforce planning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, or a similar recurring planning process where traceability and deadline discipline matter.

  • Ability to pull, inspect, and validate data independently using SQL or an equivalent querying or data-extraction tool.

  • Strong stakeholder-discovery skills, including the ability to extract requirements from partners who have not yet articulated a clean specification.

  • Experience documenting and handing off work successfully, with specific examples of teams continuing to operate the tools after the consultant or analyst left.

  • Ability to work inside a live production cycle, manage competing deadlines, and escalate risks before they affect monthly deliverables.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain model logic and data issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Willingness to perform detailed, repetitive, and operationally necessary work, including file organization, version cleanup, archiving, reconciliation, and formatting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and leading forecasting or analytics teams, including setting priorities, establishing delivery standards, coaching analysts, and creating repeatable operating practices.

  • Experience with Apps Script, Python, or another scripting language for lightweight data analysis or workflow automation.

  • Experience establishing model governance, version-control practices, documentation standards, review checklists, or audit-ready controls.

  • Experience working in a regulated, audited, SOX-adjacent, healthcare, financial services, or similarly controlled environment.

  • Experience with Jira workflow design for analytics intake, triage, prioritization, review, or delivery.

  • Experience producing recurring pre-reads or standardized planning packages for Finance, Operations, or executive stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with workforce management, contact center, clinical operations, care delivery, or other environments where demand, staffing, capacity, and productivity are closely connected.

What this role involves

HackerRank helps companies like NVIDIA, Amazon, and Microsoft hire and upskill the next generation of developers based on skills, not pedigree. Our platform is trusted by over 2,500 of the world’s most innovative companies to build strong engineering teams ready for what’s next.

Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side. As this shift accelerates, the definition of strong technical talent is changing. We give companies better ways to identify and invest in next-generation skills.

People at HackerRank care deeply about the impact of their work and sweat the small details so our customers can be wildly successful with products they genuinely love to use. We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standards.

About the role

As a Product Analyst II at HackerRank, you will own the end-to-end analytics for our products and platforms, working across AI-powered experiences, developer-facing products, content, community growth, or platform initiatives. This is not a BI reporting role — you will own and drive analytics initiatives end-to-end and act as a thought partner to Product, Engineering, Content, Design, and business stakeholders, helping answer not only “what happened?” but also “what should we build, improve, prioritize, or measure next?”

What you will do

  • Own analytics for next-generation product(s), platform, content, AI, community, or growth areas.
  • Define and evolve metrics across adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, usability, usage quality, and customer value.
  • Analyze customer and developer journeys, segments, and feature-level behavior to identify opportunities and friction points.
  • Evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and adoption of new content and AI-powered product experiences.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to define measurement plans and success criteria for new initiatives.
  • Drive experimentation by framing hypotheses, sizing opportunities, designing experiments, interpreting results, and recommending next steps.
  • Use AI agents as part of your daily analytics workflow, and analyze AI assistants/agentic workflows including usage, outcomes, cost, and usage-based pricing.

Who you are

  • You have 3-6 years of full-time experience in product analytics, data science, growth analytics, consumer analytics, platform analytics, or a related field.
  • You have advanced SQL skills and experience working with event, session, or clickstream-level product data.
  • You are comfortable using Python for analysis and working with large, imperfect, or text-based datasets.
  • You have a strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance, power analysis, sampling, regression, and causal inference.
  • You understand funnels, cohort analysis, segmentation, retention, experimentation, and feature adoption.
  • You can turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and measurable outcomes.

Even better if you have

  • Familiarity with LLM product metrics, AI quality evaluation, or agent workflow analysis.
  • Experience implementing or validating clickstream instrumentation; not only defining requirements for it.
  • Experience measuring content quality, learning outcomes, developer workflows, or community engagement.
  • Experience working with consumer tech, developer tools, learning platforms, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS products.

You will thrive if you

  • You enjoy owning analytics initiatives end to end, from problem framing through impact measurement.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve based on feedback and insights.
  • You have a strong bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement in ambiguous environments.
  • You enjoy working across product areas and building context quickly.
  • You are great at collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
